This is a novel Salon in my opinion with a handy location in Milngavie presinct. The staff were on hand to assist and my Therapist was very professional and clearly good at her job.I was really quite impressed and will return as they offer absolutely loads of services.I was instantly offered to start a loyalty scheme in which after this visit I'm already close to half way to completing to receive a discount! Entrance is modern and rooms are very comfortable and fresh.very deceiving in size as it is split over two levels.I live in Milngavie and love the presincts classical feel and the music related well to Milngavie's Scottish roots with a Celtic touch.Happy customer.Prices are very fair.
I had a 2 treatment offer via wowcher for caci at this salon. I arrived for my treatment to find a rather shabby interior. 10 minutes into my treatment it was interrupted by a knock on the door, which proceeded with the therapist removing the caci machine and replacing it with another with no explanation . The therapist tried to upswell me to purchase an add on to the caci and also to buy a session of 10 pretty hard sell. I would have liked to relax during this treatment
Had to cancel my second session as I had fallen and sprained my ankle
Called from the hospital on the Saturday at 12 o'clock to be told I had called to late to reschedule this . My appointment was Monday at 16.30.
I would lose the the second treatment.
The girl was both rude and condescending but did offer to speak to management to see if they would waiver this. I suggested not too, as I wouldn't want to after the service I had received . I asked the Manager to call me back I am still waiting for the Manager to contact me .
Possibly the worst experience I have had of Customer care In this occasion it was customer don't care . They also had set the wowcher to redeemed before it actually was. Poor show Body and mind Salon .I am sharing my displeasure here and by word of mouth in your area
