Bodycare Complementary Clinics Lochgelly branch is very busy just now. We are putting on extra days to accommodate clients.
The problem we are having is people cancelling at the last minute. We have notices in both clinics asking that you give us 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will be due, this is not unreasonable. We appreciate emergencies do occur but clients must appreciate that our time is just as valuable as theirs. We have people needing in and a cancellation in ...less than 24 hours usually means that we cannot fit someone else in that is in need of attention.
Examples recently are,
I am at a funeral wake, I am going on holiday, My son has football coaching, I have a dental appointment at the same time.
Obviously the clients have known about these at least 24 hours before the appointment. The dentist does charge for missed and late cancellations.
Please can you give us as much notice as possible.

This past week we have been helping Aberdeen FC out at their training camp at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. We have been providing massage for all the players as they have been worked very hard by the coaches. They are a lovely bunch of lads, each and every one of them a gentleman. It was a pleasure and we would like to wish them success for the up coming season.
