This has been my leg session for the entire prep. I hit the same routine twice per week.
I would describe my leg training as methodical and meticulous.
I don't want bigger legs.. i want more developed legs, everything ballanced/ seperated/ even from every angle.
The quality of the session is the single most important factor.
Learning to train legs with the same control and execution as training arms.
No messy reps or messy sets, complete control, being 100% engaged with every rep.
Keep your 6 plates a side banded hack squats.
This is a different type of intensity.
The proof as always will be in the pudding.

What a great week in the gymрҹ’Ә
It was a difficult weeks dieting for me but everyone made things a little bit easier by turning up and putting in a shift.
... Ive had quite a few new starts so its going to be full on few weeks with prep and getting everyone upto speed.
вӯҗUnfortunately all personal training spaces are now full until competitions are out of the way in November.
If you would like added to the November waiting list just message the page directly.
For existing clients I need to change the policy when it comes to rescheduling appointments.
рҹ”ҙRescheduling appointments.
I now need 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments.
My week needs to run like clockwork for the next couple of months.
Usually If I can reschedule someone without losing the hour you don't get billed but I no longer have that maneuverability.
There is no dead space in my week so changing appointments now requires me to organise a swap with someone.
рҹ”ҙCancelations.
The cancelation policy remains the same.
24 hours notice.
If I can't reschedule your appointment and end up losing the hour then the full price of the appointment needs to be covered.
рҹ”ҙNo Shows.
This really only applies to new starts.
If you fail to show up for your appointment im afraid you won't get another opportunity to train here.
With a waiting list for training spaces its really not fair on anyone waiting or me.. and its just bad manners.

But it turns out its pretty good for targeting rear delts.

But also taking a clients individual mechanics and mobility into account when setting movements.
Inevitably there should be trial and error with any training programme before its set in stone.
With the best will in the world squats and deadlifts won't be optimum for everyone.
Murray is a great example of someone with superb mechanics and mobility.. and strength is climbing.
Rarely do i see anyone that can get power down so easily.
5 weeks into his new programme we are going through the gears.
This was top set for speed 170kg x 7 on Wednesday.
He moves this weight unbelievably comfortably from static.
Being asthmatic his lungs will always give out long before his muscles.

Did a 12 week online course. Stuart responded quickly with whatever queries i had, gave me the training plan and diet only with foods I liked and achieved the results seen on this page. I cant stress how much it helps having a coach to be accountable to get in shape. If you want to get leaner its a no brainer.

Did a 12 week online course. Stuart responded quickly with whatever queries i had, gave me the training plan and diet only with foods I liked and achieved the results seen on this page. I cant stress how much it helps having a coach to be accountable to get in shape. If you want to get leaner its a no brainer.
