Raul gave me an awesome deep massage on my forearms and my hip flexor which were much needed because I sit at a computer all day. His knowledge of the body is incredible. I highly recommend him!

A variety of services and time slots available seven days a week. I made my booking on a Saturday for a Sunday appointment, all online. I was able to select the therapy type, employee, time slot and length.

Yesterday I had the best physiotherapy session in my life with Raul. By listening to me describe my symptoms he immediately diagnosed the root of my recurring tension headaches and helped me feel better. His understanding of anatomy and skillful observation of muscle imbalances is remarkable. I've had many costly therapies in NYC and none were able to help so much in just one session. He also carefully explained how to monitor my symptoms and suggested stretches that will help me relax and manage headaches in future. I have hope now that just because I'm older I don't have to accept pain as part of the aging process. Bravo! I'm so grateful I found Bodyworks Edinburgh and Raul. Thank You!

I cannot express strongly enough how fantastic the Bodyworks team are! Even when e-mailing or phoning re appointments and queries, they are friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming! I've mainly had aromatherapy with Jade and I highly recommend her as a therapist. She is kind, attentive, approachable and instantly set me at ease on my first appt. Very skilled, her knowledge of aromatherapy is great and she works closely with the client to get the right blend. Her massage technique is awesome - deeply relaxing and great with knotty areas of tension! I've also had deep tissue massage with Matt and again, I would rate him as excellent - knowledgeable, skilled and passionate about his work. I think this sums the team up warm and friendly, skilled and knowledgeable and passionate about working with clients to help them get the most from their treatments.

I called Bodyworks as a bit of a last resort - I injured (what I thought!) was my hamstring over a year ago and have had many physio appointments to try to fix it with no real luck. I was seen the next day by Anna who was extremely knowledgeable, open and efficient. Within 20 minutes, she had diagnosed the actual problem (not my hamstring at all!) and was able to fix it with a few assisted exercises during the appointment.

Excellent first visit. Just 30 minutes deep tissue massage dispelled much of the tension and knots in my back and neck. I'll be "back"
