Boghall Post Office

Hot dogs were good, but looking back when I used this shops I realize how rude the guy at the counter was at times. Once he got to know me more he began to be a little more nicer to me. It seems he treats regular customers better than a random person coming in for a newspaper.

refused to be served at post office as kids from local school been on lunch break getting their messages- extremely unprofessional,
when served at the post office counter on several occasions person been jumping over to shop counter to serve shop customers regardless me being half way through my transaction - absolutely no words,
the guy is constantly on the phone when serving customers - pure rudeness!!!

Absolutely disgusting how the shop owners think that it is currently acceptable to use the post office staff to stand at the door like security guards only letting a few kids in at one time and handing out pot noodles to the school kids at lunch time but God forbid you if you want to post anything you get told to wait till the kids are finished then you will be served and when you challenge the husband and wife team about the post office staff NOT serving in the post office where thay should be you get abuse from them and then thay barr you from the shop this needs to stop .
