I have trained with Daz a couple of times now .
Positives
Daz will always ensure the workouts are intense involving a variety of different exercises each time ..
Each session is unique and challenging in a good way ..
He has a great deal of knowledge within the fitness domain and will tailor a program to your specific needs and ability ...
He has a passion for fitness as it has been his life for around 15 years
Easy going and good listener to what you want to achieve

Negatives
Pure gym is always to full and difficult to get on all the machines at peak times .. but Daz will think of alternative exercise on the spot so will not impact your training

Daz will make you take back the weights after you have got them in the first instance .. I look at this as a negative as usually all trainers in the past would get the weights and take them back ... as after each super Set you hardly have enough energy to get them back ;) I ended up injuring my finger as there were too many weights around me for the super sets I was doing .. This scenario should never have happened ..

Daz should automatically provide a copy of your training program to you .. I don't feel you should need to ask for this ..

In summary , he is a really nice guy and great trainer ... The positives do still outweigh the negatives in my opinion ..

2 young children, a full time desk job, suffering with ITBS and things had slipped.
I started training with Daz 6 months ago and cannot believe what I have achieved under his guidance and with his help.
