We have dined in Bombay Dreams ever since it opened. I can honestly say that we have never had a bad meal there. The staff are are very friendly and always greet us by name. The service is very efficient and friendly. We have used this restaurant for various large family meals, in excess of 25 people in attendance at times. I love my Indian curries and have eaten in many top notch restaurants in my travels around the world, including India. In my honest opinion Bombay Dreams are in the top 3.

We always eat here when we come to Scotland and dream about it when we’re home. Such good food, great atmosphere and really funny and attentive staff. Look out for the twins(triplets!) they are such fun and witty.

Visited recently for the buffet night which was our first time. Great food and lovely staff. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

The best Indian meal for miles around x well worth a visit. Also great for celebration meals as there is a fantastic choice of food for all tastes and the staff make sure everything is perfect .

Love the place, great staff and great food always! One suggestion though, if you could add a specific gluten free options, or highlight which options are naturally gluten free? Would be great as well as specifying the strength of a curry you could specify gluten free?

I was lucky enough to win a buffet meal for 2 and we went tonight for our 6th wedding anniversary. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious!! Will definitely be back!!

Been a couple of weeks since we visited but haven't forgotten the experience....

This place doesn't look much from the outside but inside holds bountiful culinary delights.

We ordered the mixed platter for two. What a portion....there was easily enough for three. Everything was delicious, hot and not too spicy.

For our main we ordered a chicken Korma and a chicken tikka, one nann and one portion of rice. Again, large portions and we had to leave some which was unusual for other half.

Staff were friendly, attentive and courteous. The food was delicious, hot and we'll priced.

A very nice experience which I would recommend to everyone who loves Indian food.

We will definitely be back. :-)

Went for Christmas dinner and was absolutely disappointed in the standard of main meal I was given to myself and the rest of the table.

4 Tbone steaks were pre ordered as they advised 4 weeks before.

When taking the order we were told the steaks had already been cooked to a medium/well done.

That was fine not my preference to a steak as i prefer medium/rare, but my concern were if steaks had been cooked already. How long ago were they made?? Cause a steak will just continue to cook if left in heat all day.

When the steaks had arrived no one was able to cut or even take a bite of the steak it was like toughened leather. Not edible to eat was like hard rubber.



At the end of the meal when clearing we explained this and the waiter said nothing could be done.

He said that unfortunately as we had paid already there is nothing they could do.

I'm sorry but paying £50 a head for a meal you would expect something that you could eat.



For a restaurant saying they pride there self in good food you have really let yourself down.



This has put my family coming back again at Christmas ever again.

Disgusted with the customer service in Bombay Dreams tonight. Called to let them know that they hadn't delivered the 2 naan breads I ordered and paid for within a large order on New Year's Eve. They refused to compensate me as I hadn't called in 'on the day'. I explained the order arrived at 7.30pm while there was 30 people in my house and it was only after the dust had settled yesterday that we realised what had happened. I expected a 'no problem - we'll make it up to you next time you are in' but no. There was 'nothing he could do' as the procedure was, that if not phoned in on the day he couldn't check'. Check what? That it had or hadn't been sent? How do you do that? I suggested a better procedure would be that when a customer had paid for food then the order should be fulfilled. I left with nothing. Can't believe that after going there for 20 years - dining in and ordering takeaways - that they would treat me like that. All for £5.50. Disgusted but not surprised when I think about it. Also had a customer come up to me during the complaint and tell me that I was embarrassing myself for complaining and that I had made my point. Utterly unbelievable. Whoever you were you were totally in the wrong for trying to ingratiate yourself with the management. Stay out of other people's business in future.
