Fantastic little restaurant. We have been a few times via Groupon and have been pleasantly surprised. Food is all very fresh and tasty and changed very regularly so not lying for ages. We went on a Sunday and because the restaurant was quiet they cooked us a huge plate of starters, and cooked us whatever dish we wanted. Great wee place, highly recommend with friendly staff who are happy to chat and you never feel rushed. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Well i have just returned home with a takeaway meal from this establishment. It is now in the bin. I could not even subject our dogs to this vile food. The onion bhaji was just like a couple of deep fried cardboard box lids. The saag aloo looked like something the dog would produce after eating this meal. As for the biriyani, that was the worst of it all. It did not resemble any biriyani i have ever seen it looked more like an a pot of slop. Seriously 27 quid in the bin. Avoid like the plague or you may just end up with the plague. Awful.

I will start of with the positives ' the food was very hot , and was tasty, and the staff were friendly
The negatives , there was very little food out , even when new food was taken out it was 6 onion rings or 6 pakoras at a time, there were no puddings, no vegetarian options , although when I asked they did say they would make me up what ever I wanted, there was only one rice option which was pilau rice and no chips , there was very little salad and the only starters were onion bhaji or pakoras , we went for the buffet and it definitely wouldn't be classed as a buffet , there was 5 curries , 1 rice option 1 nan bread option onion bhaji pakoras onion rings and some lettuce and tomatoes very poor

Food was pretty good although selection was very minimal. Also seemsee to be completely dead on a Sunday. ... We were the only ones there.

He may b right about the decor, but thats not what I went there for!.I went in search of a good Indian meal, traditional Indian meal and thats xactly what I got. 2 course for £ 3.95 you cannot beat that, I ate prawn starter and lamb bhuna mmm gorgeous. If ur after good food without the tassles then this the place 4 star due to decor and no cobra.
