It was 20 minutes walk from Princes street and Edinburgh castle. It was very clean the breakfast was filling and the landlady was welcoming and friendly

The rooms were nice but the wifi was not working at all. The place was easily accessible.

Slightly out of the city centre, but has nice rooms and a lovely hostess

Ottima pensione a conduzione familiare. A pochi passi dal centro, camera molto pulita e confortevole, colazione buonissima e inclusa nel prezzo. Mirella, la proprietaria, molto gentile e sempre sorridente. Sicuramente torneremo!!!

During our very short stay in Edinburgh we stayed here and it was perfect. The room was so nice and the owner was super sweet. We were leaving before breakfast started, so she prepared a fresh fruit salad and fresh squeezed orange juice for us. There was also free Wi-Fi, which was a life saver . She even had a fluffy house cat named Lucy and she was the sweetest lil' cat.
