Ordered flowers from Australia for my grans funeral, lady was very helpful and the flowers were beautiful

Service was brilliant and flowers were absolutely gorgeous ❤️

Phoned in the morning to order flowers for a birthday. Told them I wanted to spend £30 and could someone run them over to Beetroot Bar and Grill (50 yards away on the other side of the road). Was told they wouldn't have a delivery driver free until after 3.00 pm. I pointed out it's across the road but was told all the staff were too busy (it would take approx 1 minute). I ended up phoning Beetroot to ask if a staff member could pick them up for me. The flowers were nice enough but not really worth the money. Disappointed.

Card didn't say who flowers were from and flowers definitely not worth the money. Look more like a bunch I could buy in Tesco
