Monday, wednesday and friday classes always fill fast. Saturday 10am classes seem to be quiet so get booking guys to get your boogie bounce fix. Maybe take the saturdays away and add another night or double during the week? What night and times suit our lovely froggers?

Just done my first session of Boogie Bounce! It’s was bloody brilliant I really enjoyed it. If anyone is thinking about doing it just go for it, there is high and low impact options and Gemma and Stuart are so friendly. They introduced themselves as I went in and came around at the end to say Well done!!! Felt very well looked after and very sweaty after a great workout! I’ll be back.

Just done my first boogie bounce session & I loved it! Gemma & Stuart that run it are so friendly and welcoming! Everyone that was there were really friendly. What a workout! Was sweating & hurting by the end of it but will deffo be hurting more in the morning�. Will be back next week & would definitely recommend �

Brilliant class, really enjoyed myself. Can feel it all working already! Nothing like any exercise I have ever tried before I would highly recommend! Brilliant bunch of ladies and fab instructors. Work out and have a laugh!!

Attended my first class lastnight and absolutely loved it! Gemma and Stuart are both fab coaches and make sure everyone is involved. Appropriate for all age and size ranges; a good way to start getting into fitness. Thank you both x

Absolutely loved it! Went to my first class last night & I've woke up so sore! Haha, which is exactly what i was hoping for. Stuart and Gemma made everyone feel so comfortable regardless of shape & size! I will definitely be returning, thank you both, it was great!! x
