Rude male member of staff during my visit on the 4th January who wouldn't let me collect my online order because I didn't have my order number but I had all my other details and bank card I paid with. Very unhelpful.

I visited the clinique counter with my elderly mum for a lipstick and was served by the most kind and patient assistant called Helen.She advised both of us on products and then booked me in for a make up session for my silver wedding the next day. My make up was fantastic and Helen really took her time to make it a special occasion for me. Thanks so much Helen for your kindness and taking 10 years off me for our celebration!! I'll definitely shop at this clinique counter in the future.
