Good location , ample parking .Optical &hearing testing available with experienced friendly staff.Shop layout good &easily navigated.On line pick up service could be improved however.

Tried for ten minutes to get pharmacy on phone without success. Switched to main number and again held on for a good ten minutes. Nobody answered. Very poor customer service.

Adding a £20 charge on to photo printing without any info on why it is there, then not answering the phone for 15 mins. Very poor service.
