Possibly the worst service I've experienced in a while. Ordered glasses following a very good opticians test in Edinburgh Princes Street store. Asked for Glasses to be delivered to Dunfermline store, these were over a week late. The glasses seem to have been coated with something that even when I've taken the glasses back to the shop the shop assistant couldn't get the glasses clean. The glasses are permanently smeared, as a result I now have strained eyes and I have severely inflamed eyes, my lids are puffed up and very sore. In short i should have gone elsewhere and will now never recommend Boots Opticians for Glasses.
