Boots

Trying to ring the shop to ask a prescription question but the phone doesn't get answered and there is no facility to leave a message so now I will have to go into town and visit the shop.
On the way I'll be asking myself why I should give them my money when they are unable to do me the courtesy of answering a phone call.

Not the best Boots, often find it busy and are made to feel like your an inconvenience,
