Bootybarre Aberdeen Description

Dance and movement have been a huge passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Having trained in London professionally as a dancer and working both as a performer and teacher in a variety of movement styles, I grew to appreciate the holistic approach to body conditioning that is found in dance training.

Working in London, I discovered bootybarre and its positive impact on both my body and mood. The programme is a fusion of pilates, yoga and ballet-based movement ­– which continue to provide a natural remedy for coping with the busyness of everyday life. And best of all, it brings together a social group of like-minded individuals that elevate and encourage one another. It is with this sentiment, I’d like to share the benefits of bootybarre with Aberdeen.

bootybarre is a high energy, low impact exercise programme focusing on flexibility to encourage long, lean muscles. This safe and well-structured class can be modified for any fitness level.

Created by L. A based celebrity trainer Tracey Mallett, bootybarre is guaranteed to give you results. As the first certified bootybarre instructor in Scotland, I’m thrilled to bring this concept to Aberdeen.
