Border Biscuits

About Border Biscuits

We believe biscuits should be nothing short of exceptional and weŌĆÖre obsessed with making ours just that.

Border Biscuits Description

Biscuits. One of lifeŌĆÖs little joys and, as Border Biscuitiers, our greatest obsession for over thirty years. We believe biscuits should be nothing short of exceptional and weŌĆÖre obsessed with making ours just that.

To our way of thinking, every biscuit moment should be the best it can be; something you can look forward to, savour, share with friends and even give to others in a simple act of generosity.

A meticulously crafted biscuit brings pleasure you can measure, whilst a poor substitute is surely just a waste of a good cuppa.

We begin with the best ingredients from far-flung corners of the world, combine them using good old-fashioned mixing methods and slowly bake each one under the watchful gaze of our Border Biscuitiers.

So you know when you prize open a box, thereŌĆÖs craft, creativity and care in every crumb.

Biscuit making is a careful discipline. You need a healthy dollop of fussiness, more than a sprinkling of perseverance and a good drop of creative curiosity.

Our Biscuitiers are obsessed with the art of biscuit making. Everyone is encouraged to make recipe suggestions, contribute ideas and, best of all, join George on the tasting panel.

When life gives you lemons, bake Lemon Drizzle Melts.

User

Our Dark Chocolate Gingers and Lemon Drizzle Melts have been recognised in the Great Taste Awards 2018. The judges loved the โ€˜punchโ€™ of the ginger and โ€˜zestโ€™ of the lemon and awarded both a coveted 1-star rating. Our Biscuitiers are over the moon!

What's your favourite kind of fruity drizzle melt?

User

We really love your exquisite biscuits but have run out of them too soon. Where can we buy them?

User

We love these biscuits. They have become important in our holidays in Scotland. First cuppa and biscuit at cottage. But where have they gone? None in Morrison's and none in Tesco ullapool. We are bereft! Please help and point us in the direction of a supply. We are here for 2 weeks so really need them soon as poss.

The dark chocolate gingers are my favourite and hold dear memoryŌĆÖs for me. They were my grandads favourites and I would buy them for him and we would sit and chat whilst dunking them in a hot cup of tea. Sadly I lost my grandad 2 years ago and this left a great hole in my life. I often get a packet of them and sit alone dunking them and if I close my eyes I imagine grandads there with me ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

The dark choclate gingers are to die for ive just murdered half a pack with a brew how good

User

The best cookies ever, and one of the highlights of our visit to UK; the cookies in our hotel room! Since we cannot find them in Canada, we now buy them through Amazon.

"You import cookies from UK!?" is what I get from people, and rightly so, but BORDER biscuits are worth it. And definitely not for sharing, btw.

User

My wife and I were given a large box of the Dark Chocolate Ginger biscuits at our recent Burns Night by one of our guests. Absolutely delicious, and a real treat! We will be looking for these on the supermarket shelves when next shopping.

User

Just had a very successful super of butterscotch crunch. Nothing else to add except I left no crumbs, so the hopeful hangers on can do one.

User

I love these biscuits... and so proud that they are made in my wee hame toon , Lanark. I can only buy them as a treat, coz ah don't have a lot of money to spare, but they are worth every penny when ah do get them.... Great work, guys, best biscuits ever!!!

User

I love the biscuits, so yummy and special. I eat them right here in Lagos, Nigeria

I have been struggling with a weight problem years, and one of the reasons is I have a very sweet tooth, and will dive into a packet of biscuits (especially chocolate ones) once I get my hands on one, and it will be gone within a day. Thankfully Borders have done me the greatest favour of being able to produce biscuits that I won't dive into and demolish within a day. Being able to buy a packet of biscuits - Divinely Chocolaty Cookies & Lemon Drizzle I can make last a week or more is simply fantastic, and would highly recommend them to those who over eat on sweet foods as one can be completely satisfied by having one at any one time. Thank you Borders for helping me combat my weight problem

User

I bought a pack of the classic recipe sharing pack and OMG they are the nicest biscuits ever! My other half was lucky that i shared them with him as they are too die for. I would definitely recommend everyone to try them. You will not be disappointed

User

Had your biscuits at We Love Coffee in Uxbridge. Hats off to you lot! The butterscotch crunch, the chocolatey cookies, the Viennese whirls, and the golden oat crumble cookies are mouth-wateringly deeeeelish!! Keep being amazing!!

User

Delicious biscuits, thoroughly enjoyed the taste and variety of biscuit. Must get some more!

User

Delicious

Perfect for a cuppa break tea or coffee

User

Bought a box of classic recipe shortbread for christmas from morrisons .

Best shortbread I've tasted in a while, although I'm not a fan of orange in and cake or biscuits but other berries for sure. Definitely buy them again, but when I find something I love it usually dissappears not long after. Made my Christmas more enjoyable for sure.

User

I first tried them from a hotel I stayed at but I buy them from the supermarket from time to time. Price isn't the cheapest compared to others but quality is great. Lots of biscuity and buttery goodness, goes well with a cup of tea! ¤Öé

We have always loved your Dark Chocolate Gingers, such a delicious treat but we are sad that there is so much PLASTIC in the packaging. We have made a family promise to stop buying products with plastic and that now means that Borders Choc Gingers are no longer on our regular shopping list ’┐Į

User

The biscuits are delicious but I canŌĆÖt bring myself to buy them as the amount of plastic is unbelievable
