We all said a fond farewell to Lesley earlier this week. After 28 years at the ‘helm’ with Graeme. We would like to wish Lesley all the best for a long and happy retirement.
Graeme is still with us a few days a week until the 16th March.

The stock continues to arrive at Border Chainsaw. This week it’s the turn of Husqvarna. We now have a domestic range of cordless products and hand held products in stock. Our Husqvarna Riders and Automowers are here along with the NEW Husqvarna XP Fuel.

As you will be aware that after 28 years at the `helm` of Border Chainsaw and Lawnmower Services Graeme and Lesley Cowe have decided to retire and we are delighted to announce Pearsons of Duns Ltd have acquired this business as a going concern.
Pearsons as a team are excited to add this established well known Scottish Borders Business to their portfolio.
We will continue to operate from the premises in Earlston, and the existing team comprising of Barclay Mathers, Lee Sinclai...r and Kenny Nairn will continue to provide a first-class service through the workshop. They will be joined by Allen Whellans who will be managing the Branch while Janis Bryce will join him handling the office duties.

After 28 years, Graeme & Lesley are retiring.
The business of Border Chainsaw and Lawnmower Services will be sold as a going concern to Pearsons of Duns, with effect from 14 January 2019.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom and support over the years. It has been a privilege to serve so many loyal customers and we are grateful for the lasting friendships that have been forged as a result of your business.... We have always taken pride in the service that we offer our customers and to that end, we have been working closely with Pearsons to ensure a seamless transition for you. We trust that you will afford Garry Pearson and his company the same support shown to us. We are delighted that Border Chainsaw and Lawnmower Services is being passed from one borders-based family business to another. Whilst Stewart has retired, three of our four engineers, Barclay, Kenny and Lee are being employed by Pearsons, ensuring the continuity. Fiona has also gone on to pastures new and going full time with her “Massage by Fiona” business. We wish her all the best with this.
