In the month of August we have experienced 8 "no-shows" for grooming appointments which has resulted in a loss of income totaling to £340!!
As a small business, this is just not acceptable and is a huge chunk from one persons wage :(
... All that we ask is, if you can't attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible - we understand that life sometimes gets in the way of things but it takes 2 seconds to send us a wee message.
We are constantly turning others away or they are waiting upto a month for an appointment :(
We really do not want to go down the route of requesting deposits for any appointments made but we are reaching that point as we simply cannot pay our bills or run a successful business on false promises.

We left our beloved Ted yesterday for a couple of hours to see how he gets on ahead of spending a couple of days in September while we get married. Would completely recommend. Very caring couple who settled him into they're home straight away. Has been very difficult to find someone to look after him as I am very very fussy when it comes to looking after my pooch but when I came across this lovely lady I knew I'd struck gold. Can't wait to see you again in September xxx

We have both our dogs booked in with Laura and Simon any time we are away and we cannot fault a thing!! Our dogs are well socialised with other dogs whilst on their holidays, they always come home knackered, I think they'd rather stay there than come home sometimes!� Always a great professional service from 2 dog lovers themselves, our Ollie and Maggie feel at home on their holidays with Laura and Simon, what more could you ask for �

We booked our great dane Harvey in for two weeks in September,we want to say massive thank you to Laura and Simon for taking such good care of him

,Harvey doesn't cope well in kennels as he likes lots of human contact,he usually loses weight and has bad skin due to him stressing about being away from home.

I am pleased to say he was a picture of health when we collected him from Border Pet Sitting,he had lots of attention and freedom to run around all day instead of being shut in a kennel most of the time,he was also taken for regular walks and treated as one of the family.

We were able to see pictures and even a video of him playing happily on facebook while we were on holiday,he made friends with all the other doggies who were staying too.

We have already booked Harvey in for his next stay and would highly recomend to everyone.

Was really worried about putting my two dogs in kennels then heard about Laura she has pens rather than concrete blocks they are under cover in a large room where she grooms they can go in and out as they please and play in her garden I don't have to worry anymore thanks to Laura

Took my Yorkshire Terrier, Wren, to Laura this morning for a much overdue groom. Wren was completely at ease and happy to be left. Laura did a fantastic job with her. Will definitely bring Wren back when she needs a trim, and would happily recommend your services.

Thankyou ever so much laura you had your work cut out with codie! She has never smelt and looks Harlf the dog she is! Laura was very patient and friendly made codie feel comfortable! The fatalities and the spa bath was Amazing! We have a very happy German shepherd who thinks she is a pup once again. My girls stayed for two days. Very clean place plenty room for them to run around in garden. Well looked after far better than standard kennels. Laura the owner is very friendly and you can tell she loves pets. My two girls come back really happy. Will be sending my girls again for definite. Update They also just stayed 17 days recently with laura they come back looking really well and happy. Laura also post videos on facebook of dogs when they stay over really reassures you there really happy. You get to see your dog's running about happy as Larry. Laura is star would recommend to anybody as you pets are looked after 5* pet sitter

My giant ginger dog goes out for walks fornightly - the kitten also goes walks with them too :).

My dog and cat stayed 3 nights & my dog is very fussy she doesn't take to people easily! But they had a great time they didn't want to leave when I went to pick them up! Highly recommend Laura she's got so much time for the animals they aren't treated like pets but part of the family, Lola and lilly can't wait to come again

Laura has groomed my schnauzer Penny twice now and after a difficult first visit (Penny is very very nervous) I left her alone with Laura on the second visit. Result....a beautiful groom done in half the time and although still not happy to be there, a much better behaved and bit more relaxed Penny. Laura has a lovely way with dogs and has worked a miracle getting Penny looking so good!

Laura has a very nice way with Minnie in spite of the fact that she HATES baths !!....a very good bath and tidy up and she came home looking and smelling great !

Had my Zeus in for his first ever haircut yesterday (he'd previously only had a bath & groom) & I was worried about how he would behave as he was quite nervous on arrival, but Laura was great with him - he came out with a wagging tail & looking SO much better!

Laura was fantastic - she listened to what i wanted and done exactly as I'd asked. He looks and smells utterly gorgeous & I'm thrilled with his new 'do! Although he won't need done very often, I'll definitely be booking him back in with Laura when the time comes. Couldn't recommend highly enough, 5* rating from me. Thank you for making him look even more handsome than he already did � (& for getting the knots out from behind his ears! �) x
