Boreland Village Hall has been used for a wide variety of events during 2018 including community and private events. We have a number of forward bookings for 2019 and even a wedding booking for 2020! The Hall is a modern, comfortable facility and an ideal venue for a wide range of events with a large car park, grassed area suitable for a marquee, good kitchen facilities, an excellent PA system and reasonable hire rates. The capacity depends on the type of event and layout but the maximum number would be 120. If you, or anyone you know, are looking for a venue for an event and would like to have a look around the Hall please get in touch by sending us a message and we would be happy to show you around. Please feel free to share this post and help us spread the word about this venue 🙂

Wow, what a day! From doors opening at 12 the people kept coming 😁 Thank you so much to everyone who came and supported this fundraiser, to all those who donated soup, cakes, scones and meringues, to the craft & produce stallholders, to the two carbooters who braved the weather and, last but not least, all the fantastic helpers who worked hard all day - without them we couldn't have done it....a wonderful example of community teamwork 😀 Not only was it a fabulous community event but we're over the moon to have raised the tremendous sum of £935.16 for Boreland Village Hall funds 🙂

Weather permitting there will be a car boot sale and there is also a Chariots of Fire event taking place in their field. The afternoon will come to a close with our annual duck race and Chariots of Fire prizegiving.
