Spent hours cleaning this property today. Place is looking great and a few final touch ups and it’s finished and read for carpets.
Don’t be fooled, when a new kitchen is installed it will steal at least 3 hours of your time to clean it... maybe I just have OCD 😂.

Great to have secured this off market renovation for our client in Australia.
The owner had started the project and ran out of money to finish it. Our investor will pick it up and our building team will finish the project off, ending with a £50k net profit for our client.
