We are a group of friends from Sicily, who share a passion for the good things in life: good food; good wine; good times. Living here in Scotland we have come to appreciate this beautiful country, but of course we get homesick sometimes, so to remind us of our sunny homeland we like to get together and cook our favourite Sicilian dishes. Nowadays, the key elements of Italian cuisine are easy to find: tomatoes, aubergines, fresh basil, mozzarella. . . however some recipes call for special ingredients which are a little more difficult to track down.
