Occasionally we have to cancel a Bouncy Castle hire which leaves the customers dissapointed but usually understanding due to the circumstances.
Then again, sometimes we get furious parents blaming us for ruining their kids birthday, followed by negative reviews being left on Facebook.
As a business, we hate cancelling jobs as it means we take in less revenue. It is therefore not in our interest to do so on a whim.
... As a safety conscious, professional inflatable hire business, we will continue to make decisions based on SAFETY and INDUSTRY REGULATIONS. For example:
❌ We can't supply inflatables in HEAVY RAIN or HEAVY WINDS.
❌ We can't supply inflatables if the GROUND is ROUGH or on a STEEP SLOPE.
❌ We can't supply inflatables for COMMUNAL AREAS (unless we see written approval from council/or similar).
If in doubt, please ask us and we will answer/clarify any question/concerns you may have.
