Structural realignment therapy. I have been practicing The Bowen Technique and Reiki for around ten years coupled with at least 3000 hours of massage experience. I use a fusion of techniques for an intuitive holistic approach to the healing of the body.
The Bowen Technique uses light moves over the facia of the body, sending messages via the nervous system these facilitate the release of muscles that have been put into spasm through improper function due to the day to day duties of the human condition.
