We are Boyd's Bar, a friendly local pub serving the Hilltown, City Centre and Polepark. You'll always see a friendly face in our pub, whether old or new, or come have a blether with one of our gorgeous barmaids!


Pool table use is free throughout the week as well as free jukebox credits Monday to Friday - though be warned we're big music fans and the jukebox is usually the route of much of our family arguments! !

We have karaoke on every Sunday and live music on the last Saturday of every month. We also regularly host poker nights and dominoes tournaments just keep an eye out for information! !

If you're in a band, dj or a musician and looking for space to practice or an audience to practice to get in touch and we can see what we can do for you, we're always looking to support local talent!

If you wish to book a birthday party, retirement party or charity night; get in touch! ! we can take the stress away by organising your buffet (free of charge for parties of 15 + ) as well as decorations and entertainment.
