Bp

In here Saturday evening as we just moved in to the area. Place looked filthy, litter everywhere. Been filling up with petrol for years and never spilled it once but it oozed out at the end and went all over my car. Went in to pay and there was no one to be seen, waited a couple minutes at the till and no one was around, later called for help and the small girl working there walked down from one of the aisles really slowly and said 'just give me a minute and I'll be with you'. Had already waited for what felt like an age by this point and she wanted me to wait longer because she was busy 'taking rolls off' or something. Told her about petrol leaking out and she just said 'when I use petrol pumps it doesn't leak out'. I didn't expect a discount or anything just a quick apology and that they'd take a look at it but the patronising reply took me by surprise. Go somewhere else, there's another BP on Ayr Road a couple minutes away. I'm sure they won't take an age to serve you and then be rude to their customers.

Staff are very friendly

Plenty of pumps, car wash, friendly staff.

good selection of groceries and snacks

Great place. fuel is well priced. Shop is perfection.
