In today for some decorating supplies. Had a young lad Nathan help me - in a wheelchair trolley. Such a pleasant young person. Couldn't do enough to help. Many thanks Nathan - and not forgetting the other staff who helped with enquiries along the way.

I would like to thank the chap who cut a backing for my picture today . You don't know how much I appreciated your help. Well done, customer service second to none.

I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and compassion shown to me and my elderly and anxious rescue dog. By allowing us to shop with you yesterday, I had time to spend loads of money ! Whereas a large inverness garden centre afterwards refused us entry.... well, you know where I’ll be coming to for my plants next time I’m in town. Once again, a BIG thank you to your great staff. You get a whopping 10 out of 10 from me.

I popped in today and an older gentleman joe was so helpful and I really felt he went out of his way to help me. Many thanks to him

Absolutely brilliant service; popped in 18th June to Inverness store for a shed, the code on it was wrong, a gentleman was outstanding sorting this out and organising free delivery for the next day, the communications from the delivery team were great too (time slot sent then a phone call 1/2 hour before arrival) - thanks B&Q outstanding service

Though we spent over £200 it was well worth it! We got all we were looking for, for our new home! And it sells So much!! I could be there all day!

Wrong price on shelve £21.97 but charged £28.00 wouldn't give customer price advertised

For a company with such a good diversity profile, you would think someone would flag having "Trade Boys" as an advertising jingle, as being a tad out of place?

We had a shower installed by Chris through your Inverness store, had nothing but problems, they even sent someone out just before Christmas to reseal the corner as it was leaking again, well guess what it is leaking again so I phoned b and q install and was told reseal it your self, disgusting attitude, my husband is 68 heart condition, I'm 63 osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia and we have to seal your shoddy work, not going to happen, was told we had a 10 year guarantee, we haven't had a year yet with out problems, I'll be taking this further if it is not sorted properly asap
