Bryan's great customer service means a lot when you put the money down.
I looked hard to replace my E-350. Bryan helped and with Kevin (I have never seen rest, He works constantly making the car great, wash , hoover, steam clean, polish.It he just makes sure your are happy) I purchased 1st of 6 cars from BR.
The service that I get from his team is outstanding and I never have to do it myself.........
Jason, Sandy & Ryan in the Garage's & MOT station do it all, no fuss, no high cost, just get it done. Why would you pay twice the amount? As I said Kevin just get's it done and every car that is in Bryan's place he know's them and makes sure they are washed and polished before bedtime!
I have no need to go anywhere else and I will not. Full marks to Bryan and anybody that has a problem with what he and his team have done has a problem.The prices indicated are very competitive and I have no British need to ask for any money off. 1 years MOT, full tank of quality fuel, 3 mths warranty.

Purely by chance found an Octavia 4x4 turbo estate for sale at BR Car Sales. Managed to knock off £500 due to bodywork needing repaired, low water alarm was on dash on first start of engine but this was fobbed off as being due to them steam cleaning engine. I explained it would be a faulty expansion tank but was ignored, once I got the car home the alarm came on again so I changed the tank and that cured the problem. The engine has an oil leak which explains why the engine was steam cleaned, I also have a knocking coming from the front suspension which means something is worn to excess but I won't be going back to let them check it. Wouldn't use again.

He was so accommodating and took the car in straight away. He put in a brand new turbo and while the car was in his mechanic heard a whine from the alternator. Bryan also then put a new alternator in my car. Bryan covered everything on my warranty. He has restored my faith in decency. Just bought a Volkswagen Polo from Bryan at br carsales for my sons first car. We had a great experience and I highly recommend the garage to everyone. Bryan is honest and genuine, not a pushy salesman, there was no pressure at all and he was really helpful. It's a great little car, we got 1yrs MOT, 6 months road tax, a full tank of petrol and some goodies to take away, we are absolutely delighted! After a year without a car I decided to check out what was available online. My price range was limited, and everything seemed so expensive. Then I discovered BR Car Sales Ltd in Glenrothes. I went along with a list of 4 cars that I was interested in. Bryan Riddick, the owner, was very friendly and chatty, and left my friend and I to have a look around at the cars. No pressure and no sales pitch. I liked a lot of the cars, and finally picked my wee red Citroen C2. Having dealt with various car dealers over the years I would say this garage certainly has a unique approach to used car sales. Bryan seems to be a very genuine trusting person, and clearly values his customers and their needs 110%. In addition to a great deal with the car, I received 1 years mot, 6 months road tax and a full tank of fuel (plus some little gifts to take away). I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this garage to everyone. You really won't be disappointed. :)

After searching for a decent car at several other car dealers and after being treated miserably by Arnold Clark, BR Car Sales was a breath of fresh air. I can highly recommend them. They are very friendly and there is absolutely no pressure. Good personal service and a great deal!

The two lads that run this place are awesome. Friendly, honest and helpful. We bought a wee suzuki vitara jeep from here and we would use again. This is the kind of company that deserve to do well and not suffer from the cowboys in used cars.

But I'd like to recommend Bryan - he spent an entire afternoon trying to help out a nervous first-time buyer (myself) sort out the financial aspect of the deal. Really good service, a nice selection of vehicles and very helpful staff - would totally recommend!

Despite having read a fair few reviews, it's not often I take the time to write one. On this occasion, however, I'm only too please to pass on the highest praise for Bryan and his team at BR Car Sales to anyone who, like me, appreciates an honest, friendly and thoroughly professional service.
I came across BR a few months ago whilst looking for a clean, reliable and low-mileage Yaris and the one they had advertised on their website looked perfect. Not only was it accurately described, but turned out to be the best example around for the price. I was so pleased with service I received that when, a few months later, I needed an equally clean and reliable van for my new business, I phoned Bryan first...
Long story short, I'm delighted to say that I'm now the proud owner of another mint-condition vehicle (this time a Berlingo) supplied by BR Car Sales.
Take my advice, if you're looking for a great deal on a cracking motor, give Bryan a call. You won't be disappointed.

I can't praise this garage enough.
Myself and the girlfriend recently purchased 2 x Vauxhalls from here. Great selection of cars! It's refreshingly good to be able to look in a forecourt without being harassed by a salesman. To be fair I couldn't find the salesman quick enough to take advantage of the prices! The owner Brian is a real genuine guy too and is happy to strike a deal.
Which other garage gives you GREAT deals, a warranty, 6 months tax, a full tank of fuel, an air freshener, a diary, a mug and a pen?
This place has great ethics and I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
