MacLeod’s Tables reflected to perfection in Loch Dunvegan. Winter on Skye!

Loch Bracadale, with the tidal island of Oronsay looking very inviting in this afternoon’s sunshine.

The cats on their walkies above the cottages. Looking over to Fiscavaig and Portnalong.

Cloud swathed Cuillins and a friendly ram on the walk round to Gesto from the cottages.

A bold wee primrose! The secret lochan above Loch Duagrich at the end of Glen Bracadale.

Balmeanach wind farm generating on into 2019. Splendid walk!

From Victoria’s Jubilee Cairn in the hill fort on Beinn Dhubh above Gesto. Lovely Pre-Christmas day at Bracadale.

Not quite yesterday’s Dawn of the World sunrise over Bracadale, but still stirring stuff.

A really stunning sunrise over the cottages this morning.

A wee dander from the cottages, up to the broch overlooking Loch Bracadale, is always a treat if you like fine views.

Extraordinary November sunset over Bracadale Holiday Cottages this evening with the wind at Force 8. Winter can be so dramatic up here.

Armadale Castle Gardens last week were a magic destination.

John and Cath from Bridlington were our guests in Heron Cottage last week and generously allowed us to share these lovely pics of the aurora from Trumpan in Waternish.

A good year for fungi on the hills above Loch Bracadale. A variety of russula I think - but not for tea!

User

The upside of a bit of rain is the great waterfall displays. These are in the Glenbrittle Forest by Loch Eynort.

User

The beautiful view over to Portnalong and Fiscavaig is becoming very autumnal.

User

A nice wee run from Bracadale Holiday Cottages takes you to the beautiful Staffin Bay looking towards Digg.

Looking back to the cottages from the wee road down to Struan Jetty. Golden and sea eagles battling it out against the ravens these last couple of days. Magic!
