18mm solid engineered brushed oak flooring. Simply stunning

Light grey large plank LVT Vinyl done for a customer this week.

Loft conversion to bathroom . 2 weeks ago a customer had dead space in her loft. After a few ideas this was the end result . Thanks to AMPM ELECTRICAL for the electrical works , Andy P for the plumbing and full new heating system including new boiler . All contractors fully insured and qualified.

Before and after pictures of this weeks job in Larbert. 18mm thick large plank flooring . 2300mm x 240mm . Flooring done from the front door, Livingroom, kitchen , dining area and conservatory all without doorway bars to make it flow . Cracking job and a big thumbs up from the customer too.

Another fantastic job completed this week for a customer. Light grey 11mm flooring finished with light grey beading to customers satisfaction.

Stunning herringbone solid wood floor done over the last few days. Finished with new facings and skirtings. Customer is over the moon to say the least.

New handrail and spindles for a customer this week. No handrail there to start but customer is alot safer and happier now with the end result.

Garage door replacement. Old exterior door replaced with me exterior grade pine door.

Double garage converted into one room. Leaving the garage door in place but a ventilated double insulated wall . Double sockets installed by AMPM ELECTRICAL and plastering by MKM PLASTERING .

All put straight by James!! No problems leaving my keys with him either. Very reliable and trustworthy!! � Highly recommend x

No job too big or small for this man compared to some other property maintenance companies I have used in the past...I have now used him for a few jobs i have needed done and they have been completed to perfection.... 100% reliable, excellent workmanship, friendly, flexible and very reasonable prices....would say no need to shop about and i would highly recommend James....he is definitely my go to guy now �

James did a fantastic job with our bathroom, good finish and attention to detail. He did the work with no disruption to us and ensured that everything was tidied up each night. He was easy to talk to, trust worthy and understood our requirements well. Would recommend his work !

James did a brilliant job putting down a new floor for us - it wasn't an easy job as our floor is about as level as ploughed hillside, but he's made it look great, with real attention paid to the finished product.

Added to that, he's a decent bloke, tidy and quick, and doesn't try to upsell things for the sake of it.

I recommend him most highly.

I highly recomend James what a fab job hes done on my bedroom flooring..fast efficent service..and now looking to get my bathroom fully fitted by him..and it was no trouble for him to go over some qotes and show us some bathroom samples..realy appreciated that.
