Stayed at a different hotel but wished we'd stayed here. Great selection of beer and whisky, friendly staff and great location.
Friendly staff, good prices, good live music, thououghly enjoyed
I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed previous visits, however, the last visit took a dramatic turn for the worse, breakfast moved from the main dining area with a fantastic view to a small breakfast room with a small window overlooking a residential area, when arriving for breakfast I must have met the waitress on a bad day, when asking for Gluten Free sausages which were on the menu, the response was we don't have any, not even an apology, I noticed a few guests from other nationalities also got the same frosty reception, however, some regular work men she was quite chatty with and you could tell they had been staying there for a few days, the hotel policy now is to get the money up front, so if you have a tight budget until you get paid the next day you may want to ensure you have enough funds available to cover the cost comfortably and have a little extra for things you want to do. I'll be looking for alternative accommodation in future and only using this hotel as a last resort.
Nice atmosphere and tasty fish. The restaurant area is fairly small and was fully booked when we first tried to go (Friday evening) so booking ahead is advisable.
Myself and my workmate had to stay in Nairn after our lorry broke down on Friday afternoon and after a quick call to the hotel we were booked into a twin room no hassle.Staff were fantastic and very helpful,room was great very comfy beds good shower and the breakfast next morning was outstanding I think the owners should be very proud of their staff so helpful outstanding little chem
Attended the Braeva Hotel for a meeting. The staff were both friendly and professional. We were provided with a finger buffet at the conclusion of our meeting which was delicious. The choice of real ales in the bar is superb.
Nice hotel and good food
Wonderful rooms and service! My husband and I stayed there on our way to Inverness after our wedding, and we got there a bit later than we had originally said, but the lady that checked us in was still so warm and welcoming to us. Even though it was late and the kitchen had closed, she offered to get us a meal, as we hadn't eaten yet. The pub was nice, and lively and we had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The bathroom in the room was a bit small, but it is cute and cozy for two. And you can't really complain because it is en-suite. I loved it there, and would love to go back!

great food and very friendly service. their deserts are absolutely amazing. highly recommend!
