Really good garage and we got a fantastic Audi from them.

Just bought used Honda CRV from Braidwood. I must say that it was excellent service. We agreed what could be done extra with the car, I paid the deposit and received the car with all done as it's been said. I'm very pleased. The car has one year MOT and one year Warranty. I would recommend this company. Definitively if I'll be looking for another car in the future first thing I will phone Braidwood.

just bought my a5 sportback from here, great people, Mark and Gary where top notch! Had a small issue with the headlight bulb (minor) but was fixed straight away, I am really pleased with my car, she's a beat..... will maybe by my future a7 from here too haha!

Today I took receipt of an immaculate Audi A3. I received 5* service from Mark and Jack from Braidwood Motor company, right from the outset they went out of their way to support with my long distance purchase. I live in Norwich and purchased my A3 without seeing it. Every aspect of the car was covered, there were no surprise, the car was as described. The surprises where only positive - An MOT which it didn't need as it is still with the 3 years, 12 months Executive Plus warranty & the couriers were 1st class too as they rung and delivered the car early!! Highly recommend!!!

Bought my Audi S3 from them. Had the car 5weeks and very happy! They even had my private plate on it all washed and even put fuel in it for me. Very happy with them.

I Paid £500 deposit for a van they sold the van and wouldn't give me the deposit back or even a receipt more like gangsters than car dealers...

No I certainly am telling the truth and you know it, you tried to give me a different van, not the one I paid the deposit on, where is my receipt then?

I bought A Astra Vxr from braidwood motors Bathgate and 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle the head gasket went the car was nearly £8,000 which isn't cheap for a VXR with 70,000 miles I also noticed the previous owner had a dog which chewed the back panel and the parcel shelf bolts were also chewed off along with half the boot. After getting the gasket fixed I am now having more issues with the car and am wishing I didn't waste my money on this vehicle would definitely advise you to go elsewhere before buying this vehicle.

Purchased an Audi A3 and a 3 series M sport BMW from Braidwood. I have had no problems at all. Excellent professional service. Will be going back.
