Can I please just remind my customers that all my items are handmade to order and the wooden items in particular take time to prepare, decorate and personalise.
Turnaround time for wooden items is approx 4 weeks from time of payment. Items are usually ready and posted before the 4 weeks but I give myself this time frame to account for anything that may crop up unexpectedly.
