Lovely place to stop for a bite to eat. We had a delicious breakfast, both veggie & meat versions were excellent. The service is perfect. What impressed me most is how thoughtful they've even about access and inclusion.

I recently visited Brambles with my husband and our wee puppy.
We were greeted with a smile from very helpful staff which was nice. We had a lovely lunch and our puppy was even given a little doggy treat.
Pleasant atmosphere, very clean, friendly staff, disable access and dog friendly not much else you could ask for really. Would highly recommend to other people and will be visiting again soon �
I have been to Brambles a few times now and I would like to say that the service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. It’s a lovely location and I love how the chickens roam about. I would recommend to everyone!
Hot rolls nice even without the butter� would go again next time up that way service was top class even baby sitters thrown in free of charge cant get any better than that all children welcome under 5 will b watched while u eat���

Fantastic burger with salad and blue cheese. No nasty gristle. Service was excellent too. Well worth a visit if you’re up this way and can find it ;)

Excellent cafe just on the outskirts of Dalbeattie. Well worth a visit if you would like a bit to eat in a very quiet and beautiful location. Our son loves the tranquil setting and enjoyed seeing the hairy chickens, ducks, etc etc. Well done Brambles..............

Brilliant wee place. Friendly staff, great home cooked food & home baking, prices good, chickens & ducks running around, dog friendly, cyclist, walkers friendly, free range eggs & beautiful bespoke wooden "stuff" for sale. Cheered me up on a very wet day. Will defo be back!
Brambles is a nice little cafe, nestled in beside dalbeattie Forrest with a fair amount of tasty, freshly prepared meaty and veggie delights available on the menu. I've visited brambles at lunch a few times now and everytime I've finished my plate clean. The staff are Lovely, always polite and ensuring you have everything you need.
Beautiful, peaceful little place. Food excellent. Jemma and staff very accommodating and friendly. Made me a lovely ham salad, which was very reasonably priced. Great that dogs are welcome too. Definately be back. Well worth a visit. X
Amazing location and the food is amazing. My child and I had an awesome time doing our YouTube Vlogs. Thanks to Jemma and her staff very helpful. Love it and will go back again soon for more youtube vlogs.
A lovely little spot, great staff and great food! The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy the sun and laugh at the chickens clucking about while you eat your lunch.
A lovely child friendly cafe. We visited for lunch with our 4 and 8 year old boys. Delicious food and excellent service from the staff, especially the young man. Would highly recommend and will be back when on holiday next.
