Today is World Mental Health Day. We’re encouraging everyone to listen, not just to hear. And to say; there’s always someone who will listen to you. Verbalising how you feel about something is often a turning point in how you process your feelings.
It always helps. It helps to clarify your own perspective, and to frame your world through fresh eyes.
It's important that we recognise our friends’ and colleagues’ needs, and to have those conversations.
... So much in our lives starts with a conversation. Speaking with others and sharing our thoughts leads to the seeds of great ideas being allowed to grow and flourish.
Conversation is our greatest tool.
It’s who we are.
We created a series of films called 'Being Candid' centred around that very thought process because we understand the power of opening up and sharing.
