* Recognise the ‘gremlins’ (self-limiting beliefs) that may be holding you back and the tools to tame them.

* Have fun playing with and claiming back your true personalities (who you were before anyone trod on them) and inject them into how you want to look and express yourself.

Get Stuck in – Practical
* You give yourself permission to explore your personalities by playing with putting an outfit together – using clothing, handbags, scarves and jewellery (yes girls, contain yourselves)!

We’ve all heard the phrase ‘life is not a dress rehearsal’ and that relatively speaking, we’re not here very long. Jill and Suzie are on a quest to reconnect women with who they really are, what they stand for and empower them to express that on the outside.

Sounds easy right?! No pressure!

This workshop is refreshingly different, interactive, hugely rewarding and fun. It is delivered by two passionate, non-judgemental women, who are dynamic but empathetic and challenging but kind.
