So I donŌĆÖt know if youŌĆÖve noticed over the last 2 months some changes in the way I post on my page. No more image after image or video after video posted about the same class ect. Instead they have been put in cool slideshows or edited videos which are easier to view.
IŌĆÖve recently hired a social media manager who has saved me hours in my days figuring out what to post, when to post, editing images and videos ect.
I canŌĆÖt thank Rebecca enough she has freed up valuable time ...in my day to come up with more crazy and fun ideas for the gym and spending quality time with my family.

Well now that I have been at this gym I thought I would review it again. My first impression definitely has improved. The guys are amazing. They make you push your limits every time you walk through the door. The rest of the team push you on in class and out of class. I wanted an energetic & social gym with challenging workouts and Bravehearts is perfect, with a good gym space and variety of classes. There's a superb team spirit & mix of training to suit everyone plus Steven & the PT's go above and beyond to make members feel welcome and improve their fitness. As a social group, charity events and trips to the Scottish outdoors are a bonus. I look forward to each class & leave totally burst, like William Wallace at the end of Braveheart! Alba Gubrath!

I joined bravehearts about a month ago now. I love it, and wish that I had joined sooner. I had heard good things about the gym, so I thought I would give it a try. I had never met Steven, but I must say what a guy. He pushes you hard and gives you encouragement when you need it, and I really need it.

I joined Braveheart's Boxing Gym at the end of January this year so I could lose a few pounds, two months in and thanks to the fantastic team at Braveheart's I'm well on my way to losing some well overdue pounds. The fantastic team at Braveheart's welcome you like a family member and they are the biggest motivators who are determined to get you the goals that you have asked for.

The music gets you right into the training zone and the people you get paired up with make you train just as hard as they do, I can honestly say it is the best boxing club I have ever joined and I love it!. For all the people who are thinking of joining give it a go you won't regret it will make a difference.

I have used lots of different gyms over the years but never used or experienced a gym like this one. It is totally unique in what it has to offer, there's something for everyone whether it's boxing classes, circuits, climbing hills/mountains, cycling, swimming, running (sometimes they even do all these on the same day). If you want to try something new and feel slightly out of your comfort zone you can always rely on one of your team to be there pushing you to your limits, there is a massive team spirit between every single member. Best thing I've ever done is join Bravehearts gym - no 2 days are ever the same, and Steven's always full of surprises, he leaves you wondering what were going to get up to next??? I have been going to the gym really since it opened, I would have never ever wanted to attend a gym, or do any exercise whatsoever until I joined the team! You get a great workout at every single class, not 2 classes are the same!

this is a family run business and is very well managed. This is a authentic boxing gym with boxing ring.
