Breathing Journeys offer personal development programmes to survivors of sexual abuse. At the heart of our ethos is a deeply held desire for spiritual awakening as a practical reality which then informs our actions throughout all aspects of our lives.  Our range of programmes offer an opportunity for both individuals and organisations to engage in a process of enquiry, re-evaluation and becoming. Learning to journey with the breath gives people access to their own sense of divinity. It gives people a stronger connection to that aspect of experience we may call spirit. Allowing this to inform our way of living in the here and now of our daily lives gives rise to the miraculous.
