We have three new beers on today for this Fanzine Friday!
Kirsche Kaiser 4.5% ABV (Cherry Berliner Weiss)
A hazy yellow Berliner Weisse with aromas of red fruit and cherry pie. Sour cherry dominates the palate, with subtle Bakewell tart notes.All resting on a malted biscuit base. Wheat helps to round out theflavours and a sweet-sour finish lingers at the palace gate.

Death of Spring 7.2% ABV (DOUBLE IPA)
A light golden yellow Double IPA. Aromas of citrus hops, grapefruit and resinous pine rise. Dank tropical flavours unite with zesty grapefruit and stone-fruit notes. An effervescent delivery culminates in the bitterest of bitter finishes.
Death of Spring - embrace the solstice.
Melancholy Selfie 8.5% ABV (CHOCOLATE ORANGE STOUT)
This Chocolate Orange Stout pours blackish brown. Aromasof zesty blood orange, cocoa nibs and chocolate. Followed bya colourful kaleidoscope of bitterness and sweetness.Rounded, full bodied and delicious.

Today we are launching - Perennial Punnet 6% Scottish Sour Ale fermented with Mixed Scottish Berries, aged in foeder
Packed with punnets of local raspberries, strawberries and blueberries it is bursting with fruit aromas and perceived jammy sweetness balanced by the dry body and delicate acidity.
... Fermented with late Summer fruits before ageing through the Winter and released in Spring, heralding in Summer’s return.
Thorn Blossom 6.3% - Scottish Sour Ale fermented with sea buckthorn and heather blossom, aged in foeder.
This is as funky and as wild as they come. Spicy Brett phenolics bounce off the earthy and herbaceous heather blossom with the coastal sea buckthorn berries add a unique salty tartness which heighten the mixed culture lactic acidity.
Rustic best describes the character of Thorn Blossom, as wild as the Scottish landscapes of rolling heather hills and as untamed as the sandy dunes covered in thorn blossom thickets on the coast.
