The soft play area is quite good for kids up to maybe 6 years old and is ok if you are just gonna sit and watch them with a coffee. However, if you decide to eat, it will be a different story. The food is absolutely diabolical!!!! We arrived at 11:30am and went to order food but were told they don't start serving lunch till 12 noon. Fair enough. We'll wait. So I put the order in at 12 dead on. It arrived at 12:15pm.

I ordered sausage, fried egg, chips & peas. There were no peas, the sausage and chips were completely dried out (which I have no idea how this was even possible given that it was only 15mins since I put the order in) and the yolks on the fried eggs were solid and dry.

1 of my kids had chicken nugget things which were actually quite nice but accompanied with the dry chips and dried out beans, my other child had a burger on a bun with chips and a corn on the cob. The 1 inch corn on the cob was about the only thing edible on her plate. I wouldn't give the burger to a dog.

They then had an ice cream desert with Smarties and marshmallows that they quite enjoyed. But I was £30 for the food, a drink each and a play. Totally gutted at having spent that on totally disgusting "food".

Paid taxi to Belziehill Farm for family Sunday dinner... no ham or beef as part of carvery... only turkey but that's still a carvery apparently... no, that's a turkey dinner love... ok, I'll have chicken and half rack of ribs then... no ribs... eh??? No ribs??? Hilarious... Back to table to make 3rd choice!! Ok burger pie it is seeing as it's all over the adverts!!... guess wot... none of that either! laughable!! Met guy at bar who said there was no vanilla ice cream either??? Spoke to manager... no apology... no good will gesture to make up for Sunday afternoon being totally ruined... instead a long list of ordering and supplier issues... pathetic! Won't be back... not that the manger or staff seemed 'bovered'...

Horrendous experience tonight with my 3 year old and his little friend. Staff rude and an incident in the soft play area blown totally out of proportion. 3 year old boys had a minor scrap and because one of the parents "complained" to a staff member she then took it upon herself to follow my 3 year old and god friend to tell them they weren't allowed back in and would be barred!!! Then told my friend the same. Our boys were in for about 5 mins! We apologised to the little boy who was hurt and his parents but tbh this whole incident was utterly ridiculous! Staff member rude when questioned on her intentions on following the children and manager took 15 MINS to apologise!!!! Only under duress at that! Cancelled food order - they had the audacity to keep the money for the drinks! This is by far the worst service ever received anywhere in my life. The staff member had no right to confront our children and actually should not have involved herself in what was a silly little boys scuffle. Oh and the manager actually offered me "the rules of play to read"...1st class customer service eh?!..
