been about 3 times this year already and have to be honest its definetly alot better.its nice to be served by happy staff and the food has became better in standard.keep it up �

Went Sunday evening to the carvery. Excellent quality and food tasty and hot

We visit quite alot as my son loves the soft play, food always great! We decided to have my son's 4th Birthday party here and was not disappointed. Pauline and Morgan were great from start to finish and helped with any wee questions I had, so chatty and very nice and my son had an amazing birthday party. �

We decided to take my daughter and grandson for lunch and take advantage of the play area. This is always good to burn off excess energy.

Sunday afternoons are always busy but fortunately we were squeezed in due to a "no-show".

As I am a Bonus Club member, I also had some 2 for 1 vouchers to use, so this just added to the excellent afternoon.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the barman (blonde hair fella with tattoos).

It was a great experience and will be visiting again.

Was there yesterday, food was good, service was good and the kids loved the soft play. We also stayed over night in the Premier Inn and had breakfast in Cadgers it was lovely. Great wee night away with my husband and kids.

This is the first brewers fayer I've liked I've been to a few but this one excelled the staff where brilliant and the food was lovely to we will return to this one

Really enjoyed my cheesey chips & my sticky toffee pudding and my latte and staff were freindly & very helpfull with gluten free menu too

My husband and I come here every wk we love it the staff are all so lovely I also meet up with my sis n mum for coffee n cake n we always have a good time here we love it

I went today with my family for my daughters 8th birthday. The staff were very helpful and gave my 3 daughters free passes to the play area also a card with free passes for future use. Food was very good and fast, my daughter really enjoyed her birthday meal today and will be back soon.

Hadn't been here for a while, visited yesterday for dinner. Food from the Summer menu was excellent. The Katsu curry is delicious. Very friendly and efficient table service, staff were really good. Wee fella bounced in and out of the play area which you can see on CCTV screens positioned in the conservatory. All in all it was a great visit and we will be back. (y)

Had a lovely meal with family for our Grandsond 2nd Birthday on the 20th September. Children had brill time in soft play and we really enjoyed staff were great eill be back x

Had a fantastic meal here with my wee mum and my lovely daughter. Had been a really busy day and we got a lovely welcome and a brilliant meal. Food was delicious, only one wee blip not many people in so the conservatory was a bit chilly but will definitely be back again �

Had a fantastic day at my nephew's birthday party, staff were lovely. Hopefully my wee girls goes just as smoothly in a couple of months.

From Jess at the till to, Steven the server and the very tall boy with no name badge, to the kitchen staff, they were all amazing, very helpful, quick service and the food was amazing, literally couldn’t fault any of it, thanks guys for a great dining experience

We eat there on a regular basis, this time we ordered the christmas turkey Dinner. Not their usual standard. Potatoes were warm , not enough veg and I had to go and ask for extra gravy. Standards are slipping.

We decided on here so my 10 year old son could play in the soft play while we chatted, but he was too tall. The limit is 140cm - such as shame as he is no more than 150cm.

Apart from that it was nice enough. Service was good, staff lovely and food nice

I am fussy eater so ordered scampi which was nice. Grandson fork was dirty but staff changed it. Was sitting next to air conditioning which stiffens up my neck so asked for it to be switched off. A big family came in and was cold but not for long

Food was ok. However changing facilities for a disabled child shocking !! Had to change him on the back seat of the car. Due to not wanting to lie him down on a concrete floor cold and not very clean. This day and age you would expect better facilities not only for disabled children but for disabled adults. They are not the only pub who don't come up to standard it's about time they did !!

I can see why Falkirk Larbert is doing their own food now which we stayed at last week. More staff doing nothing, manager wearing casualware, food cold and poor, greeted at the door with a list of what they did not have due to suppliers, one girl behind the bar trying to do the best she could on her own. Cleaning of the table next to me........ do you have a contact time for the chemical to work, as it was one spray in the middle of the table with a followed up wipe with serviette placed straight on the table to stick. OMG my wife was right when she said you are in for an education!

Went as part of a birthday party. I explained that my son had numerous allergies(peppers, potatoes, paprika,tomatoes, shellfish and is lactose interolant). When through menu, said he could have the burger with garlic bread and carrots.

He was given the veg stick, which included peppers. When I said about this, they just went "well veg sticks come with peppers". With no care that he was allergic. This is the second time this happ here. Will not be returning.

Was in last night about five restaurant was not really busy asked if we had booked said no the girl then said give it half an hour pick a table and order at bar wtf place is empty .waits five minutes gets a table from ordering to service was 35min .when it came my husband's was scorched black and both meals cold how does that happen?? Took them back to be told there was no sausage left for the spicy mixed grill after a bit of too and frowing between us and waitress I asked for meals to be refunded .poor customer service . Won't ever be back .

Took over an hour for food to be brought out and it wasn't a chef that cooked it either couldn't even chew a medium rare steak as it was like leather and the well done steak we ordered was so well done it was like a dog chew the chips weren't fresh and the best bit of the mixed grill was the peas. We weren’t made aware of this when our party of 8 were seated. Sat waiting for a drinks order to be taken for approx 20 mins - eventually went to the bar to be advised we needed to take our order for food and drink to the till.

Food served, at which point some diners needed more drinks. Even though the staff have ‘ask me for a drink’ printed on the back of their shirts, we were advised, even though our food had been served, we would need to queue at the bar for more drinks! I queued for over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar as it was so busy, with one member of staff serving! Even the 2 members of staff who served our food were walking around doing nothing, while watching me (and others) queueing, while my food went cold, and other diners eating without anything to drink (including children).

Not acceptable at all I’m afraid - has put us all off going back again.

Shocking customer service! One star is being generous... Tried to book a meal for my daughters birthday to be told they can’t accommodate more than twenty people. It was nothing to do with the date being full I was booking on as we didn’t even get asked that. It is worrying that a restaurant of its size doesn’t have the capability to cater for more than twenty people at one time, specially when they advertise to host kids parties. When I asked to speak to a manger the woman on the phone laughed and replied “I am the manager” not a very good one at that. “I’m not trying to be awkward but we canny” If you want to run your restaurant into the ground you are going down the correct route by employing staff like that. Where is your manners at? Literally thought I was speaking to some high school girl on the phone not an apparent manager. Luckily the family restaurant across the road is able to cater for more than twenty people at the one time!

Poor show by bar staff saying last orders at 1030 asking us to wait a minute to be served then disappearing into back room not reappearing again until 1035 and refuse to serve! Could have served us but chose not to.

I do go here alot for lunch. And always sit in the conservatory. But one of the waitresses called Gillian all of a sudden told me i was not allowed to sit in the conservatory until after 5pm. And wouldn't allow me to sit there. I was not happy because iv sat in the conservatory at least 20 times before then gillian tells me it's not allowed. So I sit at another table. An old woman and her friend came in and sat in the conservatory with no hassle. I think I'm getting picked on because iv got a wheelchair. When I left the building there were about 6 tables filled with people in the conservatory. Also when I went to order the steak gillian told me "we only cook steaks raw" I was like what do u mean raw. She said "well they will be pink" I said that's ok i want them rare anyway. I font know what this women's problem is but she just doesn't like me and I think she's in the wrong job because she's horrid

Food was very dry soup was like watered down heinz tomato soup the gravy was disgusting too clearly watered down told the waiter who said he would go and speak to the kitchen never seen him again though definitely not be spending £30 on a Sunday in here that’s for sure

Came to cadgers brae for mothers day dinner - myself, my partner and 4 children. (Age 10,9,8&6)

Ordered food then went to sign kids in to the soft play, only to be told on the last child that he was too tall to go in!!! Absolutely gutted considering if he was bald he would have got in!!! Such a disappointment especially on mothers day!!! Not to mention that we were only in here last week and he got in no problem!!

Staff were very inconsiderate and the only thing in their favour today was good food.

Such a shame but we will not be back!!!

Burger pie tasteless. Just a big lump of unseasoned mince, pastry dry and tasteless. No cheese sauce or tomato sauce at all. Beef and stout pie had literally all fat and gristle, no meat in it. Vegetables all mushy. Will not be going back

Adult meals were appalling.

This has been the 1st ever establishment I have been told my 9yr old was TOO BIG to enter the (almost empty) play...too tall would have a sufficient reply!

He was given the veg stick, which included peppers. When I said about this, they just went "well veg sticks come with peppers". With no care that he was allergic. This is the second time this happ here. Will not be returning.

Was in last night about five restaurant was not really busy asked if we had booked said no the girl then said give it half an hour pick a table and order at bar wtf place is empty .waits five minutes gets a table from ordering to service was 35min .when it came my husband's was scorched black and both meals cold how does that happen?? Took them back to be told there was no sausage left for the spicy mixed grill after a bit of too and frowing between us and waitress I asked for meals to be refunded .poor customer service . Won't ever be back .

Took over an hour for food to be brought out and it wasn't a chef that cooked it either couldn't even chew a medium rare steak as it was like leather and the well done steak we ordered was so well done it was like a dog chew the chips weren't fresh and the best bit of the mixed grill was the peas. We weren’t made aware of this when our party of 8 were seated. Sat waiting for a drinks order to be taken for approx 20 mins - eventually went to the bar to be advised we needed to take our order for food and drink to the till.

Food served, at which point some diners needed more drinks. Even though the staff have ‘ask me for a drink’ printed on the back of their shirts, we were advised, even though our food had been served, we would need to queue at the bar for more drinks! I queued for over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar as it was so busy, with one member of staff serving! Even the 2 members of staff who served our food were walking around doing nothing, while watching me (and others) queueing, while my food went cold, and other diners eating without anything to drink (including children).

Not acceptable at all I’m afraid - has put us all off going back again.

Where is your manners at? Literally thought I was speaking to some high school girl on the phone not an apparent manager. Luckily the family restaurant across the road is able to cater for more than twenty people at the one time!

Came to cadgers brae for mothers day dinner - myself, my partner and 4 children. (Age 10,9,8&6)

Ordered food then went to sign kids in to the soft play, only to be told on the last child that he was too tall to go in!!! Absolutely gutted considering if he was bald he would have got in!!! Such a disappointment especially on mothers day!!! Not to mention that we were only in here last week and he got in no problem!!

Burger pie tasteless. Just a big lump of unseasoned mince, pastry dry and tasteless. No cheese sauce or tomato sauce at all. Beef and stout pie had literally all fat and gristle, no meat in it. Vegetables all mushy. Will not be going back

We visit quite alot as my son loves the soft play, food always great! We decided to have my son's 4th Birthday party here and was not disappointed. Pauline and Morgan were great from start to finish and helped with any wee questions I had, so chatty and very nice and my son had an amazing birthday party. �

We decided to take my daughter and grandson for lunch and take advantage of the play area. This is always good to burn off excess energy.

Sunday afternoons are always busy but fortunately we were squeezed in due to a "no-show".

As I am a Bonus Club member, I also had some 2 for 1 vouchers to use, so this just added to the excellent afternoon.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the barman (blonde hair fella with tattoos).

Hadn't been here for a while, visited yesterday for dinner. Food from the Summer menu was excellent. The Katsu curry is delicious. Very friendly and efficient table service, staff were really good. Wee fella bounced in and out of the play area which you can see on CCTV screens positioned in the conservatory. All in all it was a great visit and we will be back. (y)

We eat there on a regular basis, this time we ordered the christmas turkey Dinner. Not their usual standard. Potatoes were warm , not enough veg and I had to go and ask for extra gravy. Standards are slipping.

We decided on here so my 10 year old son could play in the soft play while we chatted, but he was too tall. The limit is 140cm - such as shame as he is no more than 150cm.

I am fussy eater so ordered scampi which was nice. Grandson fork was dirty but staff changed it. Was sitting next to air conditioning which stiffens up my neck so asked for it to be switched off. A big family came in and was cold but not for long

Due to not wanting to lie him down on a concrete floor cold and not very clean. This day and age you would expect better facilities not only for disabled children but for disabled adults. And wouldn't allow me to sit there. I was not happy because iv sat in the conservatory at least 20 times before then gillian tells me it's not allowed. So I sit at another table. An old woman and her friend came in and sat in the conservatory with no hassle. I think I'm getting picked on because iv got a wheelchair. When I left the building there were about 6 tables filled with people in the conservatory. Also when I went to order the steak gillian told me "we only cook steaks raw" I was like what do u mean raw. She said "well they will be pink" I said that's ok i want them rare anyway. I font know what this women's problem is but she just doesn't like me and I think she's in the wrong job because she's horrid

Food was very dry soup was like watered down heinz tomato soup the gravy was disgusting too clearly watered down told the waiter who said he would go and speak to the kitchen never seen him again though definitely not be spending £30 on a Sunday in here that’s for sure

Came to cadgers brae for mothers day dinner - myself, my partner and 4 children. (Age 10,9,8&6)

Ordered food then went to sign kids in to the soft play, only to be told on the last child that he was too tall to go in!!! Absolutely gutted considering if he was bald he would have got in!!! Such a disappointment especially on mothers day!!! Not to mention that we were only in here last week and he got in no problem!!

Staff were very inconsiderate and the only thing in their favour today was good food.

Such a shame but we will not be back!!!

Burger pie tasteless. Just a big lump of unseasoned mince, pastry dry and tasteless. No cheese sauce or tomato sauce at all. Beef and stout pie had literally all fat and gristle, no meat in it. Vegetables all mushy. Will not be going back

Adult meals were appalling.



Refill drinks were off even off!!



This has been the 1st ever establishment I have been told my 9yr old was TOO BIG to enter the (almost empty) play...too tall would have a sufficient reply!

We visit quite alot as my son loves the soft play, food always great! We decided to have my son's 4th Birthday party here and was not disappointed. Pauline and Morgan were great from start to finish and helped with any wee questions I had, so chatty and very nice and my son had an amazing birthday party. �

We decided to take my daughter and grandson for lunch and take advantage of the play area. This is always good to burn off excess energy.

Sunday afternoons are always busy but fortunately we were squeezed in due to a "no-show".

As I am a Bonus Club member, I also had some 2 for 1 vouchers to use, so this just added to the excellent afternoon.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the barman (blonde hair fella with tattoos).

It was a great experience and will be visiting again.

Hadn't been here for a while, visited yesterday for dinner. Food from the Summer menu was excellent. The Katsu curry is delicious. Very friendly and efficient table service, staff were really good. Wee fella bounced in and out of the play area which you can see on CCTV screens positioned in the conservatory. All in all it was a great visit and we will be back. (y)

We eat there on a regular basis, this time we ordered the christmas turkey Dinner. Not their usual standard. Potatoes were warm , not enough veg and I had to go and ask for extra gravy. Standards are slipping.

We decided on here so my 10 year old son could play in the soft play while we chatted, but he was too tall. The limit is 140cm - such as shame as he is no more than 150cm.

Went as part of a birthday party. I explained that my son had numerous allergies(peppers, potatoes, paprika,tomatoes, shellfish and is lactose interolant). When through menu, said he could have the burger with garlic bread and carrots.

He was given the veg stick, which included peppers. When I said about this, they just went "well veg sticks come with peppers". With no care that he was allergic. This is the second time this happ here. Will not be returning.

Took them back to be told there was no sausage left for the spicy mixed grill after a bit of too and frowing between us and waitress I asked for meals to be refunded .poor customer service . We weren’t made aware of this when our party of 8 were seated. Sat waiting for a drinks order to be taken for approx 20 mins - eventually went to the bar to be advised we needed to take our order for food and drink to the till.

Food served, at which point some diners needed more drinks. Even though the staff have ‘ask me for a drink’ printed on the back of their shirts, we were advised, even though our food had been served, we would need to queue at the bar for more drinks! I queued for over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar as it was so busy, with one member of staff serving! Even the 2 members of staff who served our food were walking around doing nothing, while watching me (and others) queueing, while my food went cold, and other diners eating without anything to drink (including children).

Not acceptable at all I’m afraid - has put us all off going back again.

Had a fantastic meal here with my wee mum and my lovely daughter. Had been a really busy day and we got a lovely welcome and a brilliant meal. Food was delicious, only one wee blip not many people in so the conservatory was a bit chilly but will definitely be back again �

From Jess at the till to, Steven the server and the very tall boy with no name badge, to the kitchen staff, they were all amazing, very helpful, quick service and the food was amazing, literally couldn’t fault any of it, thanks guys for a great dining experience

We eat there on a regular basis, this time we ordered the christmas turkey Dinner. Not their usual standard. Potatoes were warm , not enough veg and I had to go and ask for extra gravy. Standards are slipping.

We decided on here so my 10 year old son could play in the soft play while we chatted, but he was too tall. The limit is 140cm - such as shame as he is no more than 150cm.

Apart from that it was nice enough. Service was good, staff lovely and food nice

I am fussy eater so ordered scampi which was nice. Grandson fork was dirty but staff changed it. Was sitting next to air conditioning which stiffens up my neck so asked for it to be switched off. A big family came in and was cold but not for long

Food was ok. However changing facilities for a disabled child shocking !! Had to change him on the back seat of the car. Due to not wanting to lie him down on a concrete floor cold and not very clean. This day and age you would expect better facilities not only for disabled children but for disabled adults. They are not the only pub who don't come up to standard it's about time they did !!

I can see why Falkirk Larbert is doing their own food now which we stayed at last week. More staff doing nothing, manager wearing casualware, food cold and poor, greeted at the door with a list of what they did not have due to suppliers, one girl behind the bar trying to do the best she could on her own. Cleaning of the table next to me........ do you have a contact time for the chemical to work, as it was one spray in the middle of the table with a followed up wipe with serviette placed straight on the table to stick. OMG my wife was right when she said you are in for an education!

I know these places are more for to entertain the kids but it had prices more suited to a higher standard restaurant which was laughable.

Ha.what a joke,over cooked double burger was so dry had to keep adding mayo to get it down! He was given the veg stick, which included peppers. When I said about this, they just went "well veg sticks come with peppers". With no care that he was allergic. This is the second time this happ here. Will not be returning.

Took them back to be told there was no sausage left for the spicy mixed grill after a bit of too and frowing between us and waitress I asked for meals to be refunded .poor customer service . Won't ever be back .

Took over an hour for food to be brought out and it wasn't a chef that cooked it either couldn't even chew a medium rare steak as it was like leather and the well done steak we ordered was so well done it was like a dog chew the chips weren't fresh and the best bit of the mixed grill was the peas. We weren’t made aware of this when our party of 8 were seated. Sat waiting for a drinks order to be taken for approx 20 mins - eventually went to the bar to be advised we needed to take our order for food and drink to the till.

Even though the staff have ‘ask me for a drink’ printed on the back of their shirts, we were advised, even though our food had been served, we would need to queue at the bar for more drinks! I queued for over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar as it was so busy, with one member of staff serving! Came to cadgers brae for mothers day dinner - myself, my partner and 4 children. (Age 10,9,8&6)

Ordered food then went to sign kids in to the soft play, only to be told on the last child that he was too tall to go in!!! Absolutely gutted considering if he was bald he would have got in!!! Such a disappointment especially on mothers day!!! Not to mention that we were only in here last week and he got in no problem!!

Burger pie tasteless. Just a big lump of unseasoned mince, pastry dry and tasteless. No cheese sauce or tomato sauce at all. Beef and stout pie had literally all fat and gristle, no meat in it. Vegetables all mushy. Will not be going back

We visit quite alot as my son loves the soft play, food always great! We decided to have my son's 4th Birthday party here and was not disappointed. Pauline and Morgan were great from start to finish and helped with any wee questions I had, so chatty and very nice and my son had an amazing birthday party. �

We decided to take my daughter and grandson for lunch and take advantage of the play area. This is always good to burn off excess energy.

Sunday afternoons are always busy but fortunately we were squeezed in due to a "no-show".

As I am a Bonus Club member, I also had some 2 for 1 vouchers to use, so this just added to the excellent afternoon.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the barman (blonde hair fella with tattoos).

It was a great experience and will be visiting again.

I went today with my family for my daughters 8th birthday. The staff were very helpful and gave my 3 daughters free passes to the play area also a card with free passes for future use. Food was very good and fast, my daughter really enjoyed her birthday meal today and will be back soon.

Hadn't been here for a while, visited yesterday for dinner. Food from the Summer menu was excellent. The Katsu curry is delicious. Very friendly and efficient table service, staff were really good. Wee fella bounced in and out of the play area which you can see on CCTV screens positioned in the conservatory. All in all it was a great visit and we will be back. (y)

We weren’t made aware of this when our party of 8 were seated. Sat waiting for a drinks order to be taken for approx 20 mins - eventually went to the bar to be advised we needed to take our order for food and drink to the till.

Food served, at which point some diners needed more drinks. Even though the staff have ‘ask me for a drink’ printed on the back of their shirts, we were advised, even though our food had been served, we would need to queue at the bar for more drinks! I queued for over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar as it was so busy, with one member of staff serving! Even the 2 members of staff who served our food were walking around doing nothing, while watching me (and others) queueing, while my food went cold, and other diners eating without anything to drink (including children).

Not acceptable at all I’m afraid - has put us all off going back again.

It was nothing to do with the date being full I was booking on as we didn’t even get asked that. When I asked to speak to a manger the woman on the phone laughed and replied “I am the manager” not a very good one at that. “I’m not trying to be awkward but we canny” If you want to run your restaurant into the ground you are going down the correct route by employing staff like that. Where is your manners at? Literally thought I was speaking to some high school girl on the phone not an apparent manager. Luckily the family restaurant across the road is able to cater for more than twenty people at the one time!

Poor show by bar staff saying last orders at 1030 asking us to wait a minute to be served then disappearing into back room not reappearing again until 1035 and refuse to serve! Could have served us but chose not to.

I do go here alot for lunch. And always sit in the conservatory. But one of the waitresses called Gillian all of a sudden told me i was not allowed to sit in the conservatory until after 5pm. And wouldn't allow me to sit there. I was not happy because iv sat in the conservatory at least 20 times before then gillian tells me it's not allowed. So I sit at another table. An old woman and her friend came in and sat in the conservatory with no hassle. I think I'm getting picked on because iv got a wheelchair. When I left the building there were about 6 tables filled with people in the conservatory. Also when I went to order the steak gillian told me "we only cook steaks raw" I was like what do u mean raw. She said "well they will be pink" I said that's ok i want them rare anyway. I font know what this women's problem is but she just doesn't like me and I think she's in the wrong job because she's horrid

Food was very dry soup was like watered down heinz tomato soup the gravy was disgusting too clearly watered down told the waiter who said he would go and speak to the kitchen never seen him again though definitely not be spending £30 on a Sunday in here that’s for sure

Came to cadgers brae for mothers day dinner - myself, my partner and 4 children. (Age 10,9,8&6)

Ordered food then went to sign kids in to the soft play, only to be told on the last child that he was too tall to go in!!! Absolutely gutted considering if he was bald he would have got in!!! Such a disappointment especially on mothers day!!! Not to mention that we were only in here last week and he got in no problem!!

Staff were very inconsiderate and the only thing in their favour today was good food.

Such a shame but we will not be back!!!

Burger pie tasteless. Just a big lump of unseasoned mince, pastry dry and tasteless. No cheese sauce or tomato sauce at all. Beef and stout pie had literally all fat and gristle, no meat in it. Vegetables all mushy. Will not be going back

We visit quite alot as my son loves the soft play, food always great! We decided to have my son's 4th Birthday party here and was not disappointed. Pauline and Morgan were great from start to finish and helped with any wee questions I had, so chatty and very nice and my son had an amazing birthday party. �

We decided to take my daughter and grandson for lunch and take advantage of the play area. This is always good to burn off excess energy.

Sunday afternoons are always busy but fortunately we were squeezed in due to a "no-show".

As I am a Bonus Club member, I also had some 2 for 1 vouchers to use, so this just added to the excellent afternoon.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the barman (blonde hair fella with tattoos).

It was a great experience and will be visiting again.

Hadn't been here for a while, visited yesterday for dinner. Food from the Summer menu was excellent. The Katsu curry is delicious. Very friendly and efficient table service, staff were really good. Wee fella bounced in and out of the play area which you can see on CCTV screens positioned in the conservatory. All in all it was a great visit and we will be back. (y)

We eat there on a regular basis, this time we ordered the christmas turkey Dinner. Not their usual standard. Potatoes were warm , not enough veg and I had to go and ask for extra gravy. Standards are slipping.

We decided on here so my 10 year old son could play in the soft play while we chatted, but he was too tall. The limit is 140cm - such as shame as he is no more than 150cm.

Went as part of a birthday party. I explained that my son had numerous allergies(peppers, potatoes, paprika,tomatoes, shellfish and is lactose interolant). When through menu, said he could have the burger with garlic bread and carrots.

He was given the veg stick, which included peppers. When I said about this, they just went "well veg sticks come with peppers". With no care that he was allergic. This is the second time this happ here. Will not be returning.

We decided to take my daughter and grandson for lunch and take advantage of the play area. This is always good to burn off excess energy.

Sunday afternoons are always busy but fortunately we were squeezed in due to a "no-show".

As I am a Bonus Club member, I also had some 2 for 1 vouchers to use, so this just added to the excellent afternoon.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the barman (blonde hair fella with tattoos).

It was a great experience and will be visiting again.

Was there yesterday, food was good, service was good and the kids loved the soft play. We also stayed over night in the Premier Inn and had breakfast in Cadgers it was lovely. Great wee night away with my husband and kids.

Was just here with the family for my wee girls birthday tea and food was tasty, staff was amazing very friendly and attentive nice relaxed atmosphere will definitely be back soon

This is the first brewers fayer I've liked I've been to a few but this one excelled the staff where brilliant and the food was lovely to we will return to this one

Really enjoyed my cheesey chips & my sticky toffee pudding and my latte and staff were freindly & very helpfull with gluten free menu too

My husband and I come here every wk we love it the staff are all so lovely I also meet up with my sis n mum for coffee n cake n we always have a good time here we love it

I went today with my family for my daughters 8th birthday. The staff were very helpful and gave my 3 daughters free passes to the play area also a card with free passes for future use. Food was very good and fast, my daughter really enjoyed her birthday meal today and will be back soon.

Hadn't been here for a while, visited yesterday for dinner. Food from the Summer menu was excellent. The Katsu curry is delicious. Very friendly and efficient table service, staff were really good. Wee fella bounced in and out of the play area which you can see on CCTV screens positioned in the conservatory. All in all it was a great visit and we will be back. (y)

Had a lovely meal with family for our Grandsond 2nd Birthday on the 20th September. Children had brill time in soft play and we really enjoyed staff were great eill be back x

Had a fantastic meal here with my wee mum and my lovely daughter. Had been a really busy day and we got a lovely welcome and a brilliant meal. Food was delicious, only one wee blip not many people in so the conservatory was a bit chilly but will definitely be back again �

Had a fantastic day at my nephew's birthday party, staff were lovely. Hopefully my wee girls goes just as smoothly in a couple of months.

From Jess at the till to, Steven the server and the very tall boy with no name badge, to the kitchen staff, they were all amazing, very helpful, quick service and the food was amazing, literally couldn’t fault any of it, thanks guys for a great dining experience

Very nice restaurant and service was quick and food piping hot. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be back again. Parking was fine to and the play area was good for children.

We eat there on a regular basis, this time we ordered the christmas turkey Dinner. Not their usual standard. Potatoes were warm , not enough veg and I had to go and ask for extra gravy. Standards are slipping.

We decided on here so my 10 year old son could play in the soft play while we chatted, but he was too tall. The limit is 140cm - such as shame as he is no more than 150cm.

Apart from that it was nice enough. Service was good, staff lovely and food nice

I am fussy eater so ordered scampi which was nice. Grandson fork was dirty but staff changed it. Was sitting next to air conditioning which stiffens up my neck so asked for it to be switched off. A big family came in and was cold but not for long

Food was ok. However changing facilities for a disabled child shocking !! Had to change him on the back seat of the car. Due to not wanting to lie him down on a concrete floor cold and not very clean. This day and age you would expect better facilities not only for disabled children but for disabled adults. They are not the only pub who don't come up to standard it's about time they did !!

Food was good but the service was very poor.

We're do I start..... I'm a trained chef and only ate here because as a family we were stopping in the Premier Inn. I can see why Falkirk Larbert is doing their own food now which we stayed at last week. More staff doing nothing, manager wearing casualware, food cold and poor, greeted at the door with a list of what they did not have due to suppliers, one girl behind the bar trying to do the best she could on her own. Cleaning of the table next to me........ do you have a contact time for the chemical to work, as it was one spray in the middle of the table with a followed up wipe with serviette placed straight on the table to stick. OMG my wife was right when she said you are in for an education!

Not really impressed. I ordered smothered chicken and it was rubbery and burnt. Staff were polite and apologetic but we had to eventually ask to order desserts as they didn't clean up our plates. The place wasn't too busy at all but weren't really approached at any time during our meal. My partner ordered a Cadbury sundae and didn't get any Cadbury chocolate in it �. I know these places are more for to entertain the kids but it had prices more suited to a higher standard restaurant which was laughable.

Not interested in going to a restaurant where you have to order food and drinks and pay all at the bar. Not up to my standard. Food was mediocre, won't be going back.

Just been to this place for first time in over a year. Didn't have great experience last time. Had voucher through mail and decide to give it another go. Place is tired looking and completely needs overhauled.ordered sharing combo to start,was fine,nothing special. My daughter had sausage egg and chips,fine also,well you can't really go wrong. My partner had smothered chicken which he enjoyed.grand daughters burger was burnt on a dry bun served with not fresh corn on the cob! I had the mighty burger. Ha.what a joke,over cooked double burger was so dry had to keep adding mayo to get it down! Will have to try so much harder to get people to come back here.we certainly won't come back if this is the best you can do.

Went as part of a birthday party. I explained that my son had numerous allergies(peppers, potatoes, paprika,tomatoes, shellfish and is lactose interolant). When through menu, said he could have the burger with garlic bread and carrots.

He was given the veg stick, which included peppers. When I said about this, they just went "well veg sticks come with peppers". With no care that he was allergic. This is the second time this happ here. Will not be returning.

Was there yesterday. Breakfast was cold no fried eggs or hash browns, fresh orange juice was hot thick and gloopy made me feel sick. Rather goto weatherspoons

Was in last night about five restaurant was not really busy asked if we had booked said no the girl then said give it half an hour pick a table and order at bar wtf place is empty .waits five minutes gets a table from ordering to service was 35min .when it came my husband's was scorched black and both meals cold how does that happen?? Took them back to be told there was no sausage left for the spicy mixed grill after a bit of too and frowing between us and waitress I asked for meals to be refunded .poor customer service . Won't ever be back .

Took over an hour for food to be brought out and it wasn't a chef that cooked it either couldn't even chew a medium rare steak as it was like leather and the well done steak we ordered was so well done it was like a dog chew the chips weren't fresh and the best bit of the mixed grill was the peas. The device staff were good and but Iet down by kitchen and management

Such a shame this place has gone from table service to ordering food and drink at the bar.

We weren’t made aware of this when our party of 8 were seated. Sat waiting for a drinks order to be taken for approx 20 mins - eventually went to the bar to be advised we needed to take our order for food and drink to the till.

Food served, at which point some diners needed more drinks. Even though the staff have ‘ask me for a drink’ printed on the back of their shirts, we were advised, even though our food had been served, we would need to queue at the bar for more drinks! I queued for over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar as it was so busy, with one member of staff serving! Even the 2 members of staff who served our food were walking around doing nothing, while watching me (and others) queueing, while my food went cold, and other diners eating without anything to drink (including children).

Not acceptable at all I’m afraid - has put us all off going back again.

Shocking customer service! One star is being generous... Tried to book a meal for my daughters birthday to be told they can’t accommodate more than twenty people. It was nothing to do with the date being full I was booking on as we didn’t even get asked that. It is worrying that a restaurant of its size doesn’t have the capability to cater for more than twenty people at one time, specially when they advertise to host kids parties. When I asked to speak to a manger the woman on the phone laughed and replied “I am the manager” not a very good one at that. “I’m not trying to be awkward but we canny” If you want to run your restaurant into the ground you are going down the correct route by employing staff like that. Where is your manners at? Literally thought I was speaking to some high school girl on the phone not an apparent manager. Luckily the family restaurant across the road is able to cater for more than twenty people at the one time!

Poor show by bar staff saying last orders at 1030 asking us to wait a minute to be served then disappearing into back room not reappearing again until 1035 and refuse to serve! Could have served us but chose not to.

I do go here alot for lunch. And always sit in the conservatory. But one of the waitresses called Gillian all of a sudden told me i was not allowed to sit in the conservatory until after 5pm. And wouldn't allow me to sit there. I was not happy because iv sat in the conservatory at least 20 times before then gillian tells me it's not allowed. So I sit at another table. An old woman and her friend came in and sat in the conservatory with no hassle. I think I'm getting picked on because iv got a wheelchair. When I left the building there were about 6 tables filled with people in the conservatory. Also when I went to order the steak gillian told me "we only cook steaks raw" I was like what do u mean raw. She said "well they will be pink" I said that's ok i want them rare anyway. I font know what this women's problem is but she just doesn't like me and I think she's in the wrong job because she's horrid

Food was very dry soup was like watered down heinz tomato soup the gravy was disgusting too clearly watered down told the waiter who said he would go and speak to the kitchen never seen him again though definitely not be spending £30 on a Sunday in here that’s for sure

Came to cadgers brae for mothers day dinner - myself, my partner and 4 children. (Age 10,9,8&6)

Ordered food then went to sign kids in to the soft play, only to be told on the last child that he was too tall to go in!!! Absolutely gutted considering if he was bald he would have got in!!! Such a disappointment especially on mothers day!!! Not to mention that we were only in here last week and he got in no problem!!

Staff were very inconsiderate and the only thing in their favour today was good food.

Such a shame but we will not be back!!!

Burger pie tasteless. Just a big lump of unseasoned mince, pastry dry and tasteless. No cheese sauce or tomato sauce at all. Beef and stout pie had literally all fat and gristle, no meat in it. Vegetables all mushy. Will not be going back

Adult meals were appalling.



Refill drinks were off even off!!



This has been the 1st ever establishment I have been told my 9yr old was TOO BIG to enter the (almost empty) play...too tall would have a sufficient reply!



Not only did we leave hungry, but the woman working in the play area has left a young girl offended and serverly upset.
