Excellent food and staff. Certainly will keep going. Enjoyable experience.xx

Frequent visitor travelling up and down, food is good and staff are really nice and helpful, not had a single bad experience at this one.

Absolute rubbish.. food poor, service poor, i will never return. Do not waste your money

Bit of a hit or miss. Last visit seem to have run out of a lot of food and service was very slow with no reason given

NEW brie bites for £4.99 are definitely not worth it. You get 3 triangles of brie with some very mediocre chutney (Branston pickle would have been better than this!) Really poor for £5 when you consider they offer 6 tempura prawns for same price. Very long wait to have order taken and even longer wait to be served. However main course made up for it as the quality after the starter was far superior. Kids meals were ample and they had a great time in soft play despite us arriving without socks and having to pop to nearest shop to buy some because they did not have any to buy on premises. Another wait for service to order kids puddings.

The one saving grace about this place was the staff. Helpful and polite. Everything else was awful. The food is not as described, tables too close together & the place itself was poorly positioned making it hard to find. Great for kids, however.

We eat here twice as my little one loves the play area. My advice to all if you like that your food comes from a bag then this is your place. Every veg was frozen and then heated in microwave. It was still frozen in the middle. Do not eat here have a pint or a coffee it is only worth for play area but that is it. Staff isn't trained and it is not their fault. There was a fire alarm the staff just carried on like nothing was happening wile we all stud up to leave them we were stopped and told don't worry it's fine. What was fine I have no idea. Oh yea do not stand and wait to be seated as staff will just ignore you. The sign is there for deco and for them to know that you are not local.

Not been to this chain of brewers fayre before but will definitely be going again! Fantastic menu, with plenty options (catered for clean eating mother) friendly staff who are good at their job. Quick service and amazing food. Deserts where great! My family love that you can refill certain drinks as much as you like for one price. Great play area for when we have the kids with us too. We are making this our 'go to' regular restaurant.

Food decent for a family, soft play area but kids portions tiny

User

food is average, large place and has soft play for kids (you need to pay extra for it though). Food is generously priced

User

Stale bread with watery soup. Wilted salad hidden at botttom of salad main. Rejected and left. Included breakfast the following morning dry and overcooked. Would not go back to again.

If you want deep fried food then it's ok at best but if you want anything that requires actually cooking I would go somewhere else. We then sat amongst our used plates and empty glasses for around 2 hours. Watched 4 members of staff discuss where a plate should go while we waited to be served for 1
