Took into consideration what she liked and even helped pick out a few to try - even encouraged her to try on some I never thought she would have gone for and they were beautiful on! We were all able to browse freely and the girls were there to assist at any point! Made us all feel very comfortable and relaxed for our first experience of wedding dress shopping! Will definitely be returning for a second visit!�

Was in brides in the city tonight and what an amazing experience, Deborah and Cara were so helpfully and made us feel so welcome and at ease, nothing was to much for cara when i came to trying on dresses no matter how many times i wanted to try it on, and as for deborah she was amazing at understanding my vision and coming up with suggestions to customise a dress to make it exeactly what i wanted. Can not tell you all how happy i am as am getting a dress customised to suit my vission. Would recommend this shop to every bride out there. This place is a god send!! after feeling extremely disheartened after visiting my first ever bridal shop (wed2be) My spirits were lifted and hopes were restored after entering this shop! All of the staff were extremely friendly, they told me exactly what to do and where to go! We waited around half an hour but the staff were so so great at keeping us up to date! We were lucky enough to have the owner/designer take us for our appointment. She listened to exactly what i was wanted and found multiple dresses. She made me feel absolutely amazing and sorted me with my accessories to!! Honestly cant thank you enough! I am absolutely buzzing to get my dress on again!! thank you for making my day so special!!

Said yes to the dress in this store today �can't recommend the girls in here enough ciara and Deborah were so helpful and patient and I'm even getting to customise the dress to make it my own. Can't wait to come back to try it on again. Thanks girls �

My daughter, myself and my mum came into your store last Monday to look at wedding dresses. From the moment we came through the door we were made to feel really welcome.�

My daughter was asked about what she liked and disliked and picked 4 beautiful dresses to try on. Catherine was her assistant and she was very good at her job �

My daughter wasn't expecting to fall in love with any dress but she did and said "yes to the dress" on the first one she tried on.

Both Deborah and Catherine were amazing! They were so kind and helpful and helped me to choice the right options for me, with no pressure. For any aspects of a dress that I wanted tweeked, they talked though all the customisations that they could do! Plus at an unbelievable price! Will be back soon with the entourage! Amazing place!

I bought my dress last week and it was the most amazing experience I have ever had. The staff are SO lovely and helpful, I was welcomed the minute I stepped into the store and throughout the entire process I was made to feel special as I was shopping for a very special day. The most unique thing about this store is not only it's genuine staff who would go over and beyond to meet your needs but the fact that you can tailor your dress to meet that perfect imags of what you want your wedding dress to look like. I would highly recommend this bridal store and it's definitely not one to be missed!! The dresses are so uniquely designed and personalised, I couldn't be any happier!!

I began the hunt for my dress today and I can honestly say I am so glad I went to brides in the city to look! I was welcomed immediately and even though it was close to closing I was still allowed to try on dresses, I found the one right away! Absolutely beautiful, classic and fabulous quality, designed by the owner of the store! Gorgeous dresses and wonderful staff, thank you so much girls �

Fantastic service from the girls in this store. They really know what they’re talking about and took their time to get to know my cousin and what she was looking for. They made her feel like the princess she is. Dressers are beautiful and you can tell that a lot of love and care has gone in to the creation. Will definitely be back and will recommend to all our friends.

Could not recommend this place enough ! My sister gave a few ideas of a vision she had and the girls got to work grabbing dresses bringing it all together. You girls are amazing ! We can’t wait to come back and see the finished unique dress �

Bought my dress on Sunday! My Aunt, Bridesmaids and I where welcomed as soon as we came into the shop by Kate. First time trying on any dresses and felt so at ease! Was unsure what I wanted and picked a few to try, Kate then picked what dress shape she thought I would suit and it was so easy to customise my dress and cannot wait to go back and try it on when it’s made. I Didn’t realise there was an offer on for £10 off accessories, and got a call about 1 hour later and they had said that they forgot to add on the offer and refunded me the amount too! Thanks for a great experience! Xxx
