I recently had my Audi's first service, the service was a fraction of the cost of Audi and your service was fantastic. I am very grateful you arranged for me to be dropped off at my work and picked back up. I will definitely be back :)

I would recommend Bridgend for cars or vans since in the past week I have bought car and van. And the sales service from Phil was great. The after sales team are also very good and nothing is a problem for them . Me personally I think the staff bend over backwards to help and will definitely go back when need new car or van with any hesitation

Bridgend Ayr Autoplex has got the most caring & polite staff. The range of cars to choose from at the garage is phenomenal. The showroom is extremely well presented with various varieties of cars. The administration girls are good at their job & also the service manager too. Overall could not fault this garage.

Always end up buying our cars here because of the value for money pricing and the aftercare team. Have looked all over when trying to find the best deals but Bridgend hard to beat. Personal, friendly service with a smile... Just ask for Sharon when you visit and you’ll see what I mean. I’ll be back in soon for my next and fourth car from you. The last Astra I bought still going strong six years down the line so definitely time to upgrade.

After a recent purchase of a 3 door six months ago, my partner and I found out we are having our first child.
So I thought I would give Bridgend a go on a possible part exchange for a decent 5 door.
After being greeted on the phone by an abrupt and disinterested lady, I was transferred to sales.
I explained my situation to the sales rep and gave him a description of my car I was proposing as a trade in. Extremely low miles 31k full service history Volvo which I had paid 8.2k from a dealer 6 months ago.
I told him although I didn’t expect to get that much back on a trade in, I was however aware of how well they hold their value and what the going price for a low mileage example was.
So provided he didn’t low ball me, I was sure we could do a deal on a similarly priced 5 door.
He told me he would check with his manager and call me back.
I needed have bothered answering his return call. To be told that they could offer between 4-5k and possible 6k but only if it was exceptional condition is laughable at best. A quick online search of this model would show you that you couldn’t buy a high mileage banger for that kind of money. As I’m sure they were aware.
Which leads me to question the moral fiber of such a sales staff, and I can only imagine the horrors that they inflict on a daily basis against the elderly, or people not so clued up on what their car is actually worth.
Not only did they miss out on the chance to make some honest money. But I’ll make sure that nobody I know ever has the misfortune of gracing your forecourt.

Got my Kia serviced and new fuel filter at Bridgend they were cheaper than the main dealer and customer service was excellent. Also got confirmation from Kia that Bridgend's manufacturer level service still covered my warranty.

Great service, Had a problem with car a few days after I picked it up and I took it back in, Staff were very helpful sorted me out with a courtesy car, got my new car back the next day fixed at no cost to myself. No problems since, very happy with it.

Really happy with my new car, salesman was very helpful, gave me a good trade in price for my old car and sorted out finance. All in all a pleasant experience.

I have purchased three cars from Bridgend now and can honestly say that i have had no issues with any of the cars i bought. Dont be put off by other reviews. Everyones experience is different
