I feel like I want to say something about what’s happened in the US this week but I’m just a bit too angry and hurt to have anything helpful or coherent to say just yet.
The whole thing is triggering for so many. And I hope that you have support if you need it because you matter. You matter.

Beyond exhausted because of my normal fatigue combined with a major dose of PMT and this one cutting a new tooth so he was kicking me and crying in his sleep for most of the night.
I’m opening my diary up for seeing clients regularly from mid June so I have lots of organising to be getting on with but I think, for now, what we need is a quiet cuddle on the sofa. Screen time and thinking are draining! Oh and there’s some rather unctuous looking tattie soup in the fridge that ...I will most definitely be warming myself with later!
