Brighthouse

I have been a customer of Brighthouse since 2001. In the days when they were called Crazy George's. I have seen staff come and go over the years and management change.

I'm afraid to say not for the better.

There is always loud dance style music pumping all day long from in the store. Which can be heard from other parts of the Wellgate Centre. Sometimes when in store or calling on the phone it is hard to hear as the music is so loud. Very off-putting for older customers I would imagine.

I'm afraid to say not for the better. The Dundee store in full of rude unhelpful staff, some of which have serious attitude problems. Who think they are superior to their customers. There is one girl in the Dundee store (not naming names) who is extremely confrontational, condescending, arrogant with a terrible attitude. And in my opinion shouldn't be in the job.

Plus the ex deputy manager (now in the Perth Store) I have also had a run in with a while back. I almost lost my job because of his calling me at work. To this day I’ve still not received an apology from him. When I spoke to the manager, she did her usual and defended her staff. All of whom can do no wrong in her eyes.

The customer service in that store has gone right down hill, and all the sales staff are kids most of whom look like chavs. Once my current agreements’ are paid I will not be having any more to do with the store. I now refuse to go in there, and will from now on pay my account online.

Also when you book a repair they don’t give you any leeway and you're just expected to be in when it suits them usually an all day appointment. They make no allowances for people like myself who are full-time employed. A better system of booking and informing customers of booked appointments is needed (IE texting the customer to confirm appointment)

The store since it has moved to the ground level has more of a young vibe about it with young employees in their 20’s a couple of whom look like Council estate chavs. One particular female is covered in tattoos. Doesn’t look professional at all.
