I got a washing machine

Bought a couch & 2 chairs paid cask not credit I thought the items looked good but when they where delivered by clowns who could not put it together only to find out the bracket was not lined up with the other one so had to get them out to repair it finally got it fixed and on checking it out very very poor quality the underneath material keeps fraying got them out again and was told to keep trimming it.So I knew then this is a cowboy operation also when I handed over the cash when I paid in full I never got a proper receipt I got an A4 size with the price I paid and a very small till receipt with nothing on it I would never purchase from hear again I went back into the store in Livingston to ask should I not get some information on how to look after the Leather and information regarding the warranty ect .i was told any faults just phone hear and we don't have information on looking after you suite nothing at all not even information about the 2 year warranty .I'm now glad to say this suite is going to the tip and it's only 18 months old £2760 down the drain oh how I was ripped of
