If you think you want to shop at Bright house, please don't. ! This was the worse thing I ever did in my life. 2 years I have paid £1.600 for a fridge freezer that stopped working exactly the same week I finished paying for it. Called up and they arranged an ingeneer, they provided me of a fridge for a couple of weeks then if happened again for 3 times ! 3 times i had to throw away so much food that went rotten cause the fridge was hot. Today I woke up and the fridge is having the same problem. I am so dissaponted. I have spent just yesterday £80 of fridge/freezer shopping that now it's all hot and I will need to bin it. I mean, I am not rich that I can't afford to bin all this food. If I was rich I wouldn't of shopped at bright house for the first place!. Anyqay , i Phoned up brighthouse again and they can't do anything because I am not a customer anyone. They even said that they could sign me up for an other contract giving me the first 2 weeks free ! Well this is not happening at all. All those money paying installments for absolutely nothing ! Really unbelievable. I am shocked and now with out a fridge!
