Well, went in to possibly change my car, ended up changing my car and the wife has bought herself a new car too! Many thanks to Martin and Simon for an easy experience........and the cakes!

We would like to share the outstanding Customer Service that we experienced with Sumeer Zaheer at Bristol Street Motors Lichfield.



We purchased a car from their Showroom and he was very, very helpful. He listened very carefully to exactly what we wanted in our new car and he did everything possible to ensure we got exactly that!



Sumeer went out of his way on more than one occasion for us including staying late for us as we were stuck in traffic on the motorway and as a result was delayed for our appointment.



However he was understanding and patiently awaited for us to arrive.



On arrival he greeted us in a kind manner and that is how he treated us throughout our experience.



Sumeer was able to answer every question we asked him with great confidence and that helped us to make our mind up and go ahead with purchasing our new car.



Sumeer is brilliant at his job and deserves recognition.



Also Martin (the Manager) also made time for us on our visit and came out of his way to discuss any further queries with us as well. He also shook our hand and thanked us for our Custom which was really nice of him and we very much appreciated.



Overall we had a wonderful experience.

This is my second car from this dealership! Excellent service from Simon Harvey could not have been more helpful. 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend Simon and the garage to anyone.

The service we received from all staff was excellent from start to finish. Sumeer went above and beyond, we first went in December 2017 just to have a look cause we was not in a position at that time to purchase a car but Sumeer spent over an hour talking to us,showing around a car we liked and answering all our questions. We went back in April 2018 (when we we're in a position to purchase a car) and he remembered us. Again nothing was to much trouble, Sumeer and a few others had to move a few cars around in the showroom to get one out like the one we wanted for a test drive, Sumeer found the car we wanted and got it delivered for us. Would definitely recommend.

The only place to buy Vauxhall in Staffordshire, a super friendly sales team delivering a highly professional and personal service and the best deal on our awesome new car. What's not to love?

My dad was here yesterday having his car serviced and MOT and he wants to say a big thank you to Jackie the receptionist and the sales team for looking after him he was there a while and we all appreciate what they did �

Just must say how very impressed i am took my vehicle for its first service today and unfortunately another delivery companies vehicle crashed into it whilst awaiting for the service. Bought my second car in less then 2 years today from here the staff are amazing and made me so welcome and they did there job perfectly to people that Dont understand car sales they are there to sell cars so they will do what they can to do so but with your best intrested at heart made my 2 year old son play about while i got the deal i wanted and big thanks to dani andy martin for finding me the car i wanted and shock horror wasnt a vauxhall and they got me it will be back again when i get bored of this st lol

Absolutely incredible service I've experienced in the past week from Martin and Jake! Was greeted by Jake upon my arrival on Monday and since the pair of them have been nothing but helpful... I was extremely nervous buying my first car on PCP and they spent 3 hours and even past closing time. Then came in on Wednesday as well and spent another hour with me past close again.. the pair of them have gone above and beyond with the help they have given me! I couldn't recommend them enough!

Poor customer service, brought a car brand new in 2014, kept full service history. Common faults within the car which were insinuated were done by me or my son. Last week my car came back with something broken off it, asked them to look at it and were utterly rude about everything. Just been hung up on by a member of staff. Will be taking this further as every time I go in I’m made to feel like I’ve purposely broken my own vehicle. Like I don’t have anything better to do

I've had several problems with my car.. still under warranty but every time I've took the car in its never covered! Kept up with the service history etc.

Gail is always polite in service, I just think the warranty side of it is a bug rip off.
