We arranged a flat view and I could move in to the flat roughly in a week. Friendly and helpful agents who aim to make the administration smooth.

We let out our flat with Broughton Property management over a period of 15 years. We always found them responsive and helpful. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone wanting to let our a property in Edinburgh

Had an absolutely awful experience with Broughton Property. Helped themselves illegally into my flat without permission and left my flat with a wet leak and told me to sort it out myself to say the least. As I was leaving one of the guys showed up and continued to tell me how bad a company it was to work for, professional right? Absolute joke.

I am a tenant for nearly 2 and half years, They are a bit slow in reacting to maintenance issues, and they need to improve there internal communication as well, I left property nearly 2 months from now still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me, I recommend tenants to record [Taking Pictures is best] everything in detail even small minute things while moving in and give a copy to agency as it helps me a lot when I left the property where they are some discrepancies with respect to agency which resolved using those evidences.

I have used BPM now for nearly 5 years. I have found them to be on the ball when it comes to issues related to my rental property. Very helpful when needed and quick with info requested. I would highly recommend to any new potential landlord.

Absolutely disgraceful service I have received as a Landlord client of this company - complete and utter incompetence. I have been made to sign a ridiculous contract stringing me into various clauses that only seek to benefit this company financially.

Slow on the uptake in general and I have had various issues with my property and tenants in the past that were not seen to within the correct time.

- my advice to other landlord is to READ everything fully before you commit to anything long term with this small agency.

There are plenty of decent hard working agents in Edinburgh - the amount of 1* ratings here speak for themselves.

As we begin to pack and vacate our property for someone new to enjoy, BPM are being very helpful. They have shown consideration for my current difficult circumstances by putting off essential external maintenance until we move out and by organising group viewings so as to be less intrusive.
